It's a good location for a trip to Sokcho. You can walk to Daepo Port, Abai Village, Yeongrangho Pojangmacha Street, and Sokcho Market, and the ocean and lake are all within walking distance. Some people were upset because the elevator wait time during check-in and check-out times was unusually long, which is a characteristic of some high-rise residence hotels. If you take your time, everything is great except for the elevator wait. It's more convenient to find your room key in the locker than to check in at the check-in counter because there's no waiting time. I plan to visit again.

YYoolleetoyouBefore the rainy season started, I decided to go to Sokcho with my husband in a hurry.
It was really clean and comfortable, and how careful and caring the boss was, there was everything in the room and there was no dust ~!
I asked a lot of questions, but they always kindly answered me and told me to pick vegetables in the garden when barbecuing! No, where is this place ~! ? ! It's very close to Oeongchi Beach on foot, and there are two convenience stores around. ✨💕☺️
Thank you, thanks to the boss, I made a very good memory ~ always be healthy ~! ^^
MMUHLISAI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sokcho Night Sky Glamping campsite, and it was a truly memorable experience. This was my first time glamping, and the facilities and location exceeded my expectations, making it a delightful getaway.
The campsite is beautifully situated, offering a serene environment that is perfect for a peaceful retreat. The recent rain had left the surroundings looking especially lush and vibrant, adding to the charm of the place. The glamping tents were well-equipped and comfortable, providing a cozy and unique way to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort.
One of the highlights of the stay was the option to have a barbecue, which added to the overall experience. Cooking and dining outdoors under the stars was a wonderful way to spend the evening.
However, there was a minor hiccup during our stay. A family staying nearby enjoyed karaoke until 11 PM, which made it a bit challenging to sleep. While it didn't entirely dampen our experience, it might be helpful if the campsite had quiet hours or guidelines to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.
Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend Sokcho Night Sky Glamping to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique outdoor experience. The blend of nature, comfort, and well-maintained facilities makes it a great choice for both seasoned campers and first-timers like myself. I look forward to visiting again, perhaps with a bit more earplugs for a guaranteed restful night!
GGuest UserThe Padasori Pension was all that I hoped it would be - quiet, comfortable and with a great sea vibe. The room was spacious for two people and the kitchen facilities enabled us to prepared evening meals if we wished to. It was close to convenience stores and within walking distance to the express bus terminal and Emart. The host, while not speaking English, was obliging and provided for all our needs. A busy lady cleaning all those rooms! The only issue for some people would be the small bath towels (which are quite common in Korea).
Bbrunou306This small guest house is really nice, James is very welcome, always laughing and makes us feel comfortable. he has given us several advice on the different places to visit. his welcome is very warm, The rooms are quite clean, it's warm enough in winter, but as the heating is on the ground you can't adjust it by room. Even if it's a little hot, we were happy to get there after a long ice day! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Thank you, James ! Bruno and Sandrine
My family of 4 (two adults and two teenagers) just spent 11 nights at Smile resort. Although accommodation is basic, it’s clean and practical, with good location quite close to the national park, with few restaurants and convenience store near by. For a small fee m, you can do a laundry or dryer load. There is a ping pong table in the basement and nice outdoor sitting area. The landlady is such a lovely lady, very kind, welcoming and helpful. She upgraded us to bigger rooms, as we were spending so many nights there, she wanted us to be comfortable. She also went to the trouble to help us book a shelter (through her lovely friend) for our hike to Deacheongbong Peak. Although it didn’t state in the description, she offers daily breakfast of cereals, toasts, boiled eggs, fruit/veggie and tea/coffee. We loved our rest times there, especially the evenings, sitting outside on wooden veranda next to the river, playing cards, chatting and having snacks and drinks. Very peaceful place, feels like home and it’s a lovely compliment to the gorgeous Seoraksan National Park.
GGuest UserThe boss is friendly and went to the week during the peak season for children, but it is cheaper than other accommodations nearby and good value for money. I have been resting comfortably.
LLilShared location with another place. Check-in was a bit of a task; had to make a a few calls. After check-in the stay was great. Very close to the beach, balcony with beach view, many places to eat, and basic toiletries provided.
ZzavirIt was an economical option to get into this pension. It was right on the sealine and sokcho neach was just a couple of minutes walk away. Also GS25 was located in in vacinity so it was a fair deal to chose this pension. Rooms were cleaned and confortable.
