It was the best accommodation, clean, spacious, good location, good view and cheap.

It was a nice hotel, close enough to a lot of recreational activities but far away enough to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and affordable. Convenience was attached to the building so you have everything you need. 😊

FINAL VERDICT: Family oriented resort that has everything needed for a family vacation. 3 Line summary - The property is located on a scenic coastside hill, offering views of the East Sea, Seorak National Park, and Sokcho city downtown is a 10 minute drive. Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I definitely look forward to visiting again and with comfortably recommend to families looking for a good time toget

After comparing all other booking channels, I booked through Trip.com because it was the cheapest. I was satisfied with the price. I heard that it hasn't received any star ratings yet, but it seems to be at least 4 stars. The ocean view is wide enough for a deluxe king, and the jacuzzi is especially big enough for two people. The ocean is not visible at night, but you can enjoy it very leisurely during the day. If you want to enjoy the ocean view, check in early and enjoy it on the sofa until the sun sets!! Very satisfied.

It was equipped with various amenities that made us feel right at home. Service The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were also very helpful in providing local recommendations and answering any questions we had. Facilities Homm Marina Sokcho offers excellent facilities, including a high floor well-maintained swimming pool and a cozy lounge area. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a good mix of local and international dishes. Location The location is perfect for exploring Sokcho. It's close to several tourist attractions, including Sokcho Beach and Seorak National Park. The hotel also offers convenient access to local restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Sokcho.

Location is excellent if u plan to visit seoraksan. However, it is some distance from town. Hence there are no convenience stores or eateries around. Front counters were vert friendly and helpful. However, room maker up was quite sloppished. In fact, properly the worst I had experienced. Nonetheless, as we are not so particular and we were dead beat after hike each day, we were least concern to see room was still relatively messy n bed was not properly made (I made better beds at home).

The room is very big, much bigger than other hotels. There is also a dryer in the room, which takes into account the humidity and laundry problems of the beach. Of course, there is a washing machine in the room, so you can wash and dry your clothes after swimming. Overall, this is a good deal for this price and conditions in the peak tourist season at Sokcho Beach. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. There are many snacks nearby.

The view from the accommodation is very nice and the lobby staff are very friendly. The weather was very cold outside, but the room was very warm and comfortable, so I had a good rest!!!

Location, price, room and facilities are the best :) I booked it because it was a discount, but the room was spacious and I would regret it if I caught the hotel. When I checked out, I had to separate and dump garbage on the first floor, and most of all, the parking lot was spacious, so it was good to park. The rush was bought at the E-Mart convenience store on the first floor. Recommended!

The staff is very friendly and it was a pleasant trip. The room was clean, and the sandwiches and coffee for breakfast were really good. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but the other advantages have been offset, and I will go again next time.
