Hoi An Hotels with Airport pickup service

Definitely recommend Mulberry, it is close to old town yet not too close, very convenient to get Grab and there are also shuttle buses to old town or beach. The entire ambience of the place is top notch, love the beautiful timeless decoration and design. It is well kept and clean, the staff are polite. The room is big and bed very comfortable. I have a lil balcony overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable and relaxing. There is also an adequate gym, 2 swimming pools, and good variety of breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, honestly, look no further. Mulberry resort is a good one.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The room was great as well & the pools. They also can help your organize your tours. ~Mei

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night. Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections

We checked in late at night! Shops were close! We were hungry! No food available in hotel! Welcome drinks n cakes provided but upon asking for more cakes as we have not had dinner! There were none given:(.......first night the room aircon was not working!! The second night was given a better room with a working aircon!.overall is good service but I guess the down side was checking in late :(

I used a 3-room pool villa. Each room was connected so it was nice to relax with the family. The hot water worked very well on the first floor, but the hot water did not work on the second floor. The condition of the accommodation was good, but due to its natural nature, there may be some bugs. The public swimming pool is the best. It's so big! I think it's over 50 meters.

It's not a new, shiny, flashy hotel, but the calm atmosphere was very nice. I think most of the guests were older Westerners. It's on the outskirts of the old town, so it's not too noisy. But you can walk to the tourist center. We also used the free bicycle rental service. The pool isn't very big, but it's enough to cool down during the hot season. Everyone was relaxing while reading. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee we had at the minibar by the pool was very delicious. The breakfast buffet had so many dishes that it was overwhelming, and they were all delicious. We checked out early in the morning, so we couldn't have breakfast on our last day, but they prepared a big box of bread and fruit for us to take out. I was also interested in the beach resorts in Da Nang, but if you're planning on sightseeing mainly in Hoi An, I recommend this hotel.

Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

I had an exceptional stay in this hotel. Nice fusion of antique and modern style design. Service was the best of all hotels I stayed in this trip (8 resorts and hotels from Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The manager came out and greet you at your breakfast and recommend places and answer questions. The beach she recommened was dreamy. I don't like too crowded but Ha My Beach was sandy beach from horizon to horizon. There were like 10 people on the entire beach. Food was great too. Not heavily spiced like some of the foods on the street. Buffet style breakfast with omelette and pho on request. I almost regret I only stayed 2 nights here.

I’m impressed with the impeccable service from the receptionist (Ben) who is very friendly & helpful in all my enquires as he can also converse in English competently. The place is cozy, and my room is very clean and new and everything works just fine as what u get is what u actually sees in their advertising pictures! My room is actually on the 1st floor next to the indoor pool. Unfortunately the pool is small and only good for a cool dip from the hot weather in Hoi An during summer season now. This place is not too far from the old Hoi An town and u can take a leisurely 10 mins walk or cycle, as free bicycle rental is provided for its guests. At night the surrounding areas will start to bustle with activities with many eateries opening and also a nearby spa to pamper u all day and night at reasonable charges. I highly recommend this place for its ambience and standards of accommodation that is at a decent price. No regrets staying here for the 2 nights I spent in Hoi An!
