The hospitality at this hotel went above and beyond at all times. For example, when we mentioned we were checking out early to catch the train, they helped us book a driver and prepared a packed breakfast for the trip. See photo. Another example was they would bring the guests free freshed juiced watermelon juice at the pool. They also had free bikes for hire. The only reason we didn't give 5 out of 5 stars for all areas is because the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool; and, being an old building, mosquitos got in the room unless the curtains were shut without any gaps.

This is by far the best hotel in Hoi An. It’s ideally located near all the tailors and is a 10 min walk from the night market, lantern boats and the old town. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Chloe, who gave us a map and explained different places in detail! She gave us great recommendations for tailors and restaurants and told us what we should watch out for, which was very helpful or else we would’ve fallen trapped in some scams. We were upgraded to a larger room with a front view of the Main Street, which we were so grateful for, as we were celebrating our anniversary. The breakfast was nice, with a wide range of options, and the pool was aesthetically pleasing. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel, and I’ve been to plenty and this hotel is better than a few 5-star hotels I’ve been to. If I am coming to Hoi An again, this is the hotel I would book.

Hotel staff are very nice and supportive , their English proficiency is very good. I didn’t have exact plan in mind, they could suggest where I should visit. Room is clean and amenities are proper. Lovely ambiance, cozy💚, good and clean breakfast. One thing : free bicycle you can lend from the hotel to cycling around

I had the pleasure of staying at Hoian Central Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff (Jasmine, Lien (spelling could be wrong) and Anna. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and delicious. While the amenities were standard, the hotel's focus on service more than made up for it. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to integrity and customer care. After checking out, the staff discovered a Visa card left behind and promptly messaged me to arrange its return to my new hotel. This level of honesty and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you Hoian Central Hotel for an outstanding stay and exemplary service! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and reliable experience. Rating: 5/5 stars

Perfect hotel at a good price. The hotel is an old colonial building. Spacious rooms. What was most impressive was the amazing service by the staff. Extremely courteous and would go out of the way to help. They always had a smile. Would like to highlight chloe who assisted us with the checkin and check out. The staff at the breakfast were super efficient. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to hoi an.

The hotel is a very cozy and friendly place. The service staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and able to communicate clearly in English, which is not common in the country. Price is reasonable for where it is located as it is close to HoiAn Ancient Town.

I check in on 20/4 and I am disappointed that the TV is not working (no programmes are available to breakdown of network). All other facilities and food ( breakfast) are fine. Also the fridge in the room makes a lot of noise. You may want to check it. My room number 2031

Small hotel ideally located within the Old Town of Hoi An. No restaurants in the hotel. However the breakfast buffet is very good.

The Hoian Central Hotel is a beautiful place with lovely architecture. The location is perfect and very close to the ancient city. The staff is amiable.
