Once again the Hilton lives up to its expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel opened in mid 2022 and it still felt like new. It is easily accessible and the staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious and without a doubt clean and well decorated. I love having breakfast in the morning and what a spread it was! Everything was fresh and on point. There was more than enough space for everyone to get a seat. We rented a car and had underground parking at the hotel. Just remember to share your number plate with the front desk so that you don’t have to pay when exiting at the gate. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a hotel that will stay in the future. The stay at Hampton by Hilton Drum Tower can be scored full marks. The snow at the front desk and another small partner (forgot to ask the name) are very thoughtful for the guests, free upgrades, and the guests are very satisfied. The revolving restaurant on the 25th floor is really a major feature of the hotel. While enjoying a delicious breakfast, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hohhot. It is too unforgettable. When guests leave the store, clean the room as before check-in (please see the photo), because there is a feeling of home here.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, hospitals, nucleic acid testing. All kinds of convenience, there is a parking lot at the door, safe and convenient. Great breakfast and great gym. The equipment is clean and tidy. Whether it is reception, breakfast service, or room service, they are all very warm and patient. The most Mongolian-style hotel in Hohhot, full of artistic atmosphere everywhere. Trying on Mongolian costumes brought great joy to my family and left unforgettable memories. The service in the buffet restaurant on the first floor was very enthusiastic. We got off the plane late and there were not many dishes left. The service staff specially added dishes and fruits for us. The child likes Mongolian millet fried rice, and we specially sent him a large portion of freshly fried rice. I was very moved. The people of Inner Mongolia are warm and hospitable, and the quality of the service staff of Inner Mongolia Hotel is even better. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

Stayed here for 6 nights while exploring Hohhot and surrounding area and had a great experience. The location is ideal - very close to the centre and metro stations. The room is very modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower hot etc. had breakfast on one of the mornings, which was fine - standard for this kind of hotel. We had a room facing away from the main road, which was nice and quiet. The maid service was a bit inconsistent - they replaced the towels every day (though the fresh towels often had a strange smell) and made the bed, but they wouldn’t clean the room. We often found empty bottles and other trash left behind. They also forgot to replace the shower mat, coffee and other things from time to time.

Hohhot Crown Plaza has given me the best service that I have experienced traveling in China. While the facilities and breakfast was wonderful with a great variety, I would like to comment all the staff were caring and thoughtful. Front, restaurant, and especially a male staff (named Daxue, forgive me if I spelled wrong) and a female staff in swimming pool helped me a lot in many ways. I will definitely come back again.

I came to Hohhot for the National Day holiday and booked a hotel very early. Because I had stayed in Kaiyuan Mingdu in other places before and had a good impression, I chose this Kaiyuan Mingdu near Dazhao Temple this time. From the moment I entered the door, I felt the warm service as always, which made me feel very comfortable. The guy who helped me carry my luggage, the guy who brought me hot ginger tea, etc. Especially the room supervisor, Miss Xu Yanchun, knew that we needed extra water and paper towels, and she quickly delivered them to our room. Thank you very much. The hotel facilities are relatively standard and meet the star rating; the available space is large enough for us to open all the luggage and organize things very conveniently. There are many snacks on Renmin Road near the hotel, which is very convenient for breakfast; there is also an Asru Mongolian restaurant nearby, which is a good chain brand in Hohhot. When I return to Hohhot in the next few days, I will continue to stay in this Kaiyuan Mingdu, which is familiar with the road and convenient 😁
