It's a simple place that feels like a home stay with daily breakfast. It's quiet and comfortable. The service is 5 stars. Tommy and his wife are kind, warm and helpful. There are hosts who provide good service because it's their job, and there are hosts who genuinely care for their guests. Tommy and wife belong to the latter. There are some good restaurants nearby. Must try the roast duck on grill and goat meat. Avoid the massage places - not great. Pizza was just so so and expensive. Will be perfect if the room has a full length mirror for dressing up and make up, and a floor rug inside the bathroom to dry our wet feet.

Fantastic stay! Lily and Tommy are really friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast is awesome. The Homestay is located just off of the Main Street of Tam Coc, great location. I would book again.

Tommy & Lily are wonderfully hospitable. They shared restaurant and spa recommendations and had a nice selection of freshly made cooked to order breakfasts. Rooms had a nice balcony where on 3rd floor you could see tops of rock formations. View from 4th floor terrace was pretty too. The rooms were clean, spacious and water did not take long to heat. Very convenient location to main street with plenty coffee shops and restaurants close by. Plenty of places nearby to hire bicycles too. All in all a pleasant stay with great hosts.

Our stay at Tam Coc Moment was nothing short of amazing From the moment we arrived, the owner, Tommy, went above and beyond—seamlessly arranging our transfer from Hanoi and offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Ninh Binh. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by his wife. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, which made for the perfect start to our day. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the beautiful little garden, where we enjoyed our meals amidst lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance. Tam Coc Moment is a true hidden gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lilly and Tommy were amazing and so helpful. When I arrived they helped me with my bags to my room, showed me what places to go see in the area, recommendations of places to eat. There are bikes to use for free. The free home cooked breakfast was delicious. I unfortunately had to leave a day earlier due to a storm coming in. They helped me find train times to be able to get to my next destination. They even messaged me to make sure I made it to my next destination.

The hotel has very good location with 3 minutes to get Tam Coc departure boat center. The owner is very friendly and helpful with many recommendation for restaurant, interesting places,…

Owner Tommy and his wife are such a nice couple. Tommy gives good advice for trips around Tam Coc and speaks very good English. His wife Lily prepares tasteful breakfast. The homestay has a beautiful garden and is in the center of Tam Coc. Rooftop view is amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.

Lily and Tommy are the loveliest people you can meet! Our stay was perfect. The room is very nice and clean, and location is 10/10. Breakfast oso super nice. I would repeat the stay a hundred more times!

Everything was fine, the hotel is near the center and near all the amenities. The owner and his wife speak English very well! The room was clean and with a good view!

The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Tommy helped me arrange a scooter for hire and provided advice on where to go and what to do. The room was clean and the location was very central.
