This hotel absolutely deserves all the great reviews. Clean, comfortable, convenient. I really enjoyed using the pool and fitness room. There are a lot of great places restaurants nearby and a little mall with great brands. I enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Hotel Sotetsu, and I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights on a business trip. The staff were just as friendly, polite, and helpful as I remembered — really made me feel welcome. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which was perfect for work. And of course, I still loved the breakfast — very authentic Japanese style and really enjoyable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!

Very nice room. spacious and new. good location near japan town. walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and spas breakfast is small spread but adequate definitely will return again if the price is right

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable environment. and there is a wide variety of japanese breakfast options everything was fresh and delicious. The front desk service truly stood out; the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and impressively quick with check-in and any requests. Highly recommended I will definitely stay here again! :)

It was a very nice hotel. Everything is very clean but a little bit too minimalist for me but my German colleague loves it so much! Breakfast spread is Japanese based and certain dish has different varieties every day so it doesn't bore you. Lastly, kudos and 5 star ratings to the front desk for personally sending my back pack to the airport to me as I left it at the lobby when I checked out. All my work related notebook and foreign currencies are in it and I was freaking out but they made it so friendly and assuring that I will get it back and not miss my flight as well too. This level of professionalism in the hospitality industry is very hard to find nowadays. Thank You again Sotetsu Grand Fresa Saigon and especially to the front desk staffs on the morning of 5th March 2025 who attended to me for my back pack (Sorry, I didn't get the names as I was freaking out)...Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu.

Amazing Japanese style hotel and the breakfast buffet is worth the extra price .

Brand new Hotel which is conveniently located near Japan Town with many food options and convenience stores nearby and situated at a quiet corner. Rooms were clean, spacious and comes with many amenities such as cable TV offering a wide variety of Channels, Ionizer, and bidet in the toilet. Hotel staff My, Minh, Kabi and Sum were very welcoming and accommodating and overall very friendly. Check-in was smooth and fast, and any requests were attended to quickly. Breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of Japanese food. Overall, I would recommend staying in this Hotel for those planning to visit HCM.
