Slow check in, lack of staff even a long queue, wifi is fast, parking is expensive. Room is big though but no housekeeping services for 3 days, they only offer cleaning service for stay over 3 days or above. Overall pleasant experience but can be improve.

Great location with near by target,beach, and restaurants. Room was clean and decent for the price. Only issue was we stayed there for 3 night and staff only came to clean room once after we told them our trash was pulling up. Other than that everything was good.

The hotel located in quiet neighborhood. No shuttle bus from LAX so, I took Uber and cost about $35. (15 min. Ride in the early evening of weekday). On the way to LAX is about $16. There is a share ride from the airport to save some $$. No free bottle water in the room and I had to ask for tooth brush & paste at reception. Room was clean, has large bath room with tub and enough closet space. I wish they have shuttle service.

This facility is clean nice and cozy. It does not look like a 3 star hotel but 4, even 5 stars property! The front desk staffs are super friendly, highly recommended!

It was clean and nice hotel. We had only few issues. First and worse one was their bed. None of their mattresses are right for bed frames. They have queen mattress on king size bed frames. Even king size mattress is not fit to their frames. Some of staff in front desk are so nice and some of them not. Other that everything else was great.

Hygiene: When we slept on the first night, our friend found someone else's underwear and dirty socks in the quilt. After negotiating with the front desk, they finally said that there were no other rooms and that we could change to another hotel. Finally, we were allowed to get a set by ourselves. Change the bedding yourself. Service: The front desk moved us to another room the next day. We went to visit a customer. Before departure, we asked the female front desk to contact us to clean the room. The front desk fully agreed. When we came back, we found that it was not cleaned. When we went out in the afternoon, we asked another female front desk to arrange cleaning. It was still not cleaned after I came back in the evening. When checking out on the third day, an older man at the front desk had a very good service attitude. Otherwise, the service would be given 0 points. Although the hotel facilities and environment are okay, I am sure I will never stay in this hotel again.

The room size is okay, the bed is quite big, the hotel facilities are okay, the surrounding environment is good, and there are supermarkets and places to eat. However, the corridor is very cold and the room is not cleaned in a timely manner. Even after I told the front desk, it was not cleaned.

Very cost-effective hotel, parking fee is $25 per night. Snacks in the lobby can be ordered using his computer, and breakfast can be ordered by scanning the code. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the toiletries are very useful. There are school clinics, 7/11 supermarkets, and Top Golf is a 3-minute drive away. The environment is safe. Thumbs up!

This hotel near Los Angeles Airport is quite new. Unlike the one on the road with the LAX sign, the hotel furniture is all patinaed. Of course, it is a bit inconvenient that this hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport. You can only call a taxi or drive there yourself.
