Booked a 3BR apartment for 4 of us for 3 bites. Nice, clean and spacious apartment and the rate was good and came with breakfast for 5pax compared to other websites. Lots of food in the area and it’s about 20-25min from airport.  Except for some minor issues with squeaky floor and doors, which feedback has been given to the property, all else were good. We did not use the pool and gym as it was a shopping, eating and massage trip.  Special mention to the security guards, Phan at the reception counter and Ngoc Ngu at Morico (breakfast place) Ryu, from the Aeon citimart . They were helpful and excellent in their customer service.

Very well located. Big apartment with 1 bedroom. Great kitchen and washing machine. Maybe was missing a coffee machine for next time.

Would love to come back here the next time I visit Vietnam. Location is great, walkable to many locations. Cafe and supermarket is located downstairs so everything is set. The room itself was spacious and it felt like home.

Electrical outlets all British standard... Needs new shower head....

The room is clean and the facilities are amazing. The location is very good too.

Overall, a very convenient property, but facilities and design are a bit dated and depending on the room it can be noisy (hallways/ doors). However, staff are fantastic about solving problems when they arise, and my overall stay was good.

Location is excellent, easy to get taxi or private hired vehicle to move around. Took Grab to city centre cost less than US$2. Restaurants and cafes nearby are within walking distance. Despite the property is ageing, room was comfort and clean, can opts out housekeeping if you wish to. Breakfast provided by the property was simple, adequate to meet basic needs. There is also a convenience store at lobby level open till 10pm. Service staff were courteous and efficient, check-in and check-out took less than 3 minutes. Overall a good choice for business traveller.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine since we can get a grab everywhere. We were provided with a gallon of water for our 2 bedroom apartment. However, the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishing. - Many cracked tiles in the bathroom - The painted walls are old and looks dirty - The water in the bathtub and sink doesn't flow well - The cupboards have yellow stains, rust stains, and are smelly due to lack of use - The many paintings in the room and along the corridor are unsightly and somewhat creepy. - There is no ensuite bathroom for the master room The 2bdrm apartment we had is way too huge. The space could be refurbished for better utilisation.

Great furnishined apartment. Staff are super friendly and helpful in every manner. The view from the balcony is also pleasant. All appliances are easy to use. The only thing is maybe putting carpet into the bedroom.

It’s not bad, good services and nice smile. Really close with CBD, good experience for us.

Awesome spacious room with good sized loving room and balcony. Great service from the staff from the front desk to room service. Well maintained and all the things work. Wifi is stable. Washing machine and stove works well as we cooked and did laundry. Highly recommended.
