Central Palace Hotel Reviews

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The standard has dropped so so much. While the service is not up to my expectation compated to the price I paid but at least try to be attentative to guests needs (see photos attached).

The location was especially good. The facility felt old, but it felt like they took great care to keep it clean. Breakfast was also good. You can feel the noise from the cleaning staff from 6-7 a.m. the day after your stay. I went out in the morning after 9 o'clock, and they even rang the bell and asked if I wanted to clean or go out. Of course, they are friendly and provide towels and water, but... I have never seen an employee ring the bell in the morning while staying at a hotel. From the next day, I was worried, so I woke up earlier, put away my luggage, ate breakfast quickly, and went out quickly. On the second day, I didn't ring the bell, but it was at the door as expected. It makes the guests very anxious. Haha, other than that, it's good.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and location was just good, being close to most of the attractions. Our city-view room allowed us to enjoy the beautiful city views at night in our room too.

Short trip at Ho Chin Minh City staying in this hotel.The location of this hotel is perfect and breakfast is delicious.But guest need to pay for laundry bag and mineral water.

Very good service and location for district 1. We even got free upgrade which the room is really amazing. Love everything about the hotel. Also it was our 2nd time at the hotel

Great location and great stuffs who is very helpful. The swimming pool in the rooftop has very nice view. I will definitely stay again.

It is a very big hotel and very centralized.. you can walk to Vin on centre for around 10 mins..near the hotel there are a few bar and restaurant .. they play very loud music which I stay in 9th floor and I still can hear it! Went to eat at a restaurant nearby which is not bad

Great location, I could walk everywhere I needed to be from here. Nice attractive lobby area, pleasant front desk staff. Room was comfortable, clean & nice shower. Used the gym a couple of times which was ok. Would recommend this place for your stay in Ho Chi Minh and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future

Amazing location, everything is nearby. Check in and check out were smooth and staff very helpful. Obviously an older hotel but the rooms are spacious and very clean. Roof top pool is a life saver in the summer heat - just wish they didn’t close it at 7pm.

A good hotel with good location with plenty of options for coffee watch out for the coconut sellers they will try to tricky. There is a good Foodcourt and cocktail bar 200mtrs away

Stayed here for 1 full day before our flight back to Manila, Philippines. Room is basic with nice clean linens. A/C is working well and toilet has bath tub. I just wish they have complimentary bath salts or bubble bath. All hotel personnel that I have dealt with are very friendly and professional. If you want a hotel close to restaurants and shops then this is the place for you.
