I stayed at this hotel for 10 days total. The location is excellent in terms of proximity to most landmarks of the Ho Chi Minh city. The room was cosy and cleaned on daily basis. Olivia the hostess is a very nice person ready to answer any qusting you ask.

Good location, great price and great food and spas around the hotel

Stayed at 8th floor but lift until 7th floor only. U have to walk up a narrow stairs with limited light. Room air conditioning not functioning well even with 18degrees ( lowest) its still slightly hot in the room. Rest of it is acceptable. Clean room but small room limited spaces.

Excellent location. Away from the noise in a quiet side avenue but still walking distance from where I wanted to be. Service was excellent. Didn't make use of the breakfast. Lots of restaurants around, also vegetarian options.

I dared not open the window. The refrigerator in the room was empty. The noise was very loud. I woke up in the middle of the night and thought it was **. I planned to stay for two days. I wanted to leave in the middle of the night on the first day. I stayed up all night. On the second day, I packed up and left at dawn. I was really scared. The hygiene was terrible. At the end, there were two bottles of water on the table that I had never seen before. The bottle caps were opened before they were twisted. There was still a smell. I even suspected that it was canned tap water. I have already spent money on this scam for you.

There is no window as such, it opens onto the inside of the house, neither the street nor sunlight is visible. The safe, even with the efforts of the manager, did not turn on, and I could not use it. Overall, a strange feeling from the hotel, not happy.

Traveling alone... This hotel is in a good location, near the downtown area... In terms of hygiene and cleaning, it is also very good. The cost is very reasonable... I will choose this hotel next time I come here.
