Conveniently located next to Saigon Square and walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Hotel is adjacent to rows of nightlife hence may be slightly noisy at night. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room size is good.

Pros: The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is nice. Even though they do not have many choices but each food is excellent. The location is nice with malls surrounding. The room hygiene is ok but found many footprints on the floor which feel so creepy. Cons: There are whole street bars in front of the hotel and my room window facing that area. Unfortunately the room soundproofing is poor. I always wake up in the middle of the night by the noises. I can hear hallway someone entering by lift, my next room talking, watching TV and open or close door.

M Studio Hotel is strategically located within District 1, within walking distance to most of the area. All the hotel staff (be it Receptionist, Bellboy, Housekeeping, Waiters, etc) encountered are polite and professional. Room is clean and well maint. Well and wide spread of Breakfast buffet and I was looking forward to it every morning! They do serve nice Vietnam coffee there. Read about the noise from the pubs nearby and I was prepared for it. However, I wasn't expecting the fact that I could hear the conversation from my next door. Not too sure if the walls are all made of partitions without any sound proofing done, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider your selection.

Great location, stylish interiors – but noisy at night It’s just beside Saigon Centre Mall and within walking distance to the Café Apartment and many key attractions in District 1. There’s a Highlands Coffee and Circle K just around the corner — perfect for a quick drink or any necessities. The room interiors were beautiful and well-maintained, with thoughtful details like a high-quality iron and hair dryer that made getting ready a breeze. However, the one major downside is its location directly opposite several clubs. The noise at night was quite disruptive, especially the loud music and street chatter from club-goers, which made it hard to fall asleep even with the earplugs provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, they didn’t block out the sound completely. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re a heavy sleeper — otherwise, request a room on a higher floor if available.

The hotel fell short of expectations, with issues in cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and poorly maintained amenities. Improvements in these areas are essential to provide a better guest experience.

Right at distric 1, super convenient for getting around the city. 5min walk to Bitexco Financial building. 10min walk from Ben Thanh market. Easy to find restaurant and shopping center around the hotel.

Bad customer service. Had paid for 4 night but somehow the system showed for 1 pax for a twin room. I checked for two pax it is the same price but they refused to listen and insisted to pay 7000 per night per room for additional 1 pax. Ended paid $5.6m more unnecessary. Really disappointed in the service given the amount paid for this hotel. Will not visit again.

Windows are not sound proof. Can hear the pounding music from bars on streets. Towels are used and dated. Location is central and convenient.

I recently completed a three-night stay at M Hotel Saigon, and while my overall experience was satisfactory, I am deeply disappointed with how a particular situation was handled during my stay. I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention to ensure that future incidents of a similar nature are managed more professionally. During my stay, I received a call from the hotel receptionist, informing me that a complaint had been made against me for making excessive noise at night and disturbing other guests. This accusation was both untrue and extremely embarrassing. I want to state clearly that I did not make any noise during the night. My partner and I were asleep, and the only possible sounds from my room were regular movements such as walking to the restroom or flushing the toilet—none of which could be considered excessive or disruptive. I have stayed at both M City Hotel and M Hotel Saigon multiple times this year, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue. I expect the hotel to handle such complaints with greater care and discretion. Instead, I was put in a very uncomfortable situation where I was asked directly whether I had made noise or not, as if I had to defend myself against an unsubstantiated claim. Even after this incident, I decided to file a complaint with the hotel booking platform regarding the way this was handled. Shortly after that, when I returned to the hotel at night, one of your staff members approached me in the lobby and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, I still feel the need to bring this matter directly to the hotel’s attention because it highlights a significant issue in how guest complaints are handled. I believe that in situations like this, the hotel should conduct proper verification rather than immediately confronting a guest based solely on a complaint from another party. Making a judgment without any form of investigation not only creates an unfair experience for the accused guest but also diminishes the professionalism of the hotel’s service. I urge your management to review how such complaints are handled in the future. A better approach would be to verify the claim before reaching out to the guest, perhaps by checking security footage or monitoring noise levels before assuming wrongdoing. This would ensure a more fair and respectful experience for all guests. Furthermore, I initially sent an email regarding this issue but have received no response. The lack of acknowledgment only adds to my disappointment. Since my concerns have been ignored, I have no choice but to express them publicly through this review. I sincerely hope your management will take this matter seriously and improve your complaint-handling process to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
