I booked 2 rooms at the last minute but fortunately got a room, the staff helped my friend to check in after 20 minutes. The room was nothing special, and there were only two towels during his stay. Not all the utilities, but fine.

This stay was a major disappointment from the start. Upon arrival, the lobby had a foul smell, which set a bad tone immediately. I discovered that my room didn’t match what I had booked, only to be informed that the apartment building shown in the photos wasn't permitted for short-term rentals, so I was moved to a different, much older, rundown property. The issues just kept piling up. The room lacked basic amenities—no detachable shower head, only a rain shower, which isn’t practical for everyone. The toilet flush didn’t work, and I was told I'd have to wait until 6 a.m. for any help, which was unacceptable. I ended up leaving and booking a different place because staying without a functioning toilet is simply out of the question. This place is not a hotel or serviced apartment as advertised—it’s just an Airbnb disguised as one, with none of the expected quality or professionalism. The owner refused to provide a refund and only offered a 10% discount, which doesn’t come close to compensating for this awful experience. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Check-in and check-out were handled very quickly and conveniently as we had to move around a lot so that was very helpful.

A real scam. I do not recommend it at all, not only does it not correspond to the location, it is not the central tower, but the neighboring residential building, the photos do not correspond to reality at all, there is dirt everywhere, everything is shabby, in general, I have not visited a worse hotel. I was unable to get my money back, there was no choice, we arrived at night, the owner did not even pick up the phone, he put the room key in the mailbox.

The room was nice and very pleasant. When I came to Vietnam, the surrounding location was quite attractive.

I like this place. The shopping area is very close to the accommodation. It is very convenient for our family to come to this place.
