Nice apartment although a little small. The bedroom is compact and for a couple with lots of luggage you may find it a struggle. Staff were friendly check in was smooth. Lots of places to eat in the surrounding streets and right near a shopping mall. It is quiet at night no issues with road noise Had a very large balcony.which would have been nice to have a washing machine fitted there.

At a price of about $20 per day, this is a normal option. District 7 is a little far from the center of Saigon, but it is also not bad in itself. There are parks and private houses nearby, where it is pleasant to walk! You can get to the center by bus (on one) and of course by taxi (it is not so expensive in Vietnam) The apartments are relatively clean (for Asia). The hotel is not new, but it is quite clean and cozy. Cleaning is done every day. Free water is provided, but there is also paid water in the refrigerator.

We didn't like it. We stayed for one night, the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes, there was mold in the shower, the water drained slowly. But the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchen, there were many cafes around

We booked a hotel in order to swim and leave our things until the evening, we did not plan to live in it, since we had a bus in the evening. We were supposed to have check-in at 10 am, we arrived at 8 am and in order to be checked in 2 hours earlier, we were asked to pay for one more night at the hotel, although it was only 2 hours. In the end, we were offered a larger room and were told, that they would let us in if we paid an extra $8, we agreed. The administrator was immediately told that we had a bus at 9 pm. But he constantly kept asking and asking, well, when are you having fun. Although ours, but could be there before 14:00 the next day!!! Why did they constantly ask us about this. + There were two cockroaches in the room

The hotel room has an open kitchen with kitchen utensils, making it feel like you are at home. The room is large and has two beds, but because it is in the basement, the room has a musty smell. The smell will disappear only if the air conditioner is turned on. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the traffic on the road. But other than that, it's pretty good. Very good value for money.
