Location was down a tiny street /w a lot of farmer to vendor shops; cabs had some difficulty getting in there, also had to walk a few minutes to find coffee and breakfast. It is otherwise within 30minute walking distance of all the District 1 attractions. Staff all spoke English, place was clean and air conditioned with all the amenities you'd expect.

went to stay for two nights. I booked a room with a city manager, but I was given a room without a window. I wanted to change my room, but I didn't change because there was no room.

Hotel is super clean. Layout and amenities are functional. Location not the most ideal but everywhere is reachable via Grab. Helen, the receptionist speaks English and is super helpful

No tissue in the room, location is not so convenient. However the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Location quite difficult to find. The hotel is smaller than the picture. However the room is clean and has all facilities. Stuff also nice and helpful.

The wall is too thin, heard many noises outside of the hotel

The price/performance ratio is very high. The black decoration style is very good. It is rare that there are several staff members at the front desk at this price. It is very good. In addition, the room type is comfortable for one person, but the air conditioner is not powerful enough.

Good location, clean, but noisy next to the elevator

The first choice hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, the room is cost-effective, the bed is big and comfortable, the TV can be connected to the mobile phone, but the elevator is a bit difficult to wait for, but why is there construction every day?

The hotel room is extremely small and the hot water is intermittent! Hotel with no service temperature at all

Friendly staff, clean, fragrant room

The Hotel itself not far from banh tan market, after we arrive the hotel the staff was nice and polite, the services they provide is free laundry Which is good. The staff Hinlary and helen was so helpful and nice to the customer. The House keeping come and clean the room everyday,also they are very nice . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Probably, this will property is not for everybody. There is a noticeable contrast between the inside and the outside. Inside - Rooms - contemporary, clean and well maintained. Our room doesnt have a view though. Relative to the rate/price we paid, great value for money. Outside, although Im ok, was quite chaotic at times and might turn others off, literally public/street market. For me its added a certain charm and authentic S.E.A. country vibe like in mine, I felt at home. I actually tried to walk from the party-crazy Bui Vien Walking Street going to the hotel - took me around 10-15min.
