Good for a few days. The street below is filled with good cheap street food. Good communal areas including a pool table.

Good location to walk around. Nearby have 7-11, resturant, bistro n street food. The hotel staff are friendly too. Will recommand friend to come here

Located in district 1 right above a local market, the hotel is near a lot of key sights in the city such as Ben Tahn market, Independence Palace, the War remnants museum etc, making it very easy to get around. The hotel room was spacious and clean as well. Hotel staff were also friendly and it was easy to contact them on Whatsapp. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I stayed at this M village brand hotel. This location is a bit tricky so hear me out. Hotel is located in a small alley way that cars can barely drive in. That is because both side of the street is filled with street vendors that flourishes at night time. The alley way is dirty, smelly and some puddle of waste water here and there. Once you arrived at the door steps of the hotel you are good. the building is nicely renovated and looks fine. Given all that said, the location is of the hotel is still awesome because you are just a couple blocks away from the Takashimaya shopping center and Saigon central. And walking distance to large street intersection that had street events at night. The bar street is just around the corner adjacent to the hotel alley. If you don't mind getting harass by the bar girls that are looking for your business. All the action is literally 1-10mins walk day or night activities. The room itself is on the smaller side. The shower is the worse design with a swing door acting as the shower door and toilet door. that idea just doesn't work well. worse shower I had by far in Ho Chi Minh City and I switch hotel everyday for a week at different price point. Staff speak English and is attentive and helpful. However, they can't fix the things the building's downside.

I am amazed with the service the Hotel provided. Received message from hotel staff as reminder/welcome. Kudos to the customer service, Tuyet Mai and Phu Hy whom received us during our check-in. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The following day, received another message hope we had good rest and check if there is any request to help us felt comfortable. Besides, also offered if we need any extension for check-out. Room is neat and clean. Housekeeping did good job. In my opinion, I highly recommended this hotel. Tho is situated in front of local market area but the hotel is well kept neat and clean. Overall, hotel located at conveniently accessible place like Takashimaya, Saigon Square, Saigon Central, The Cafe Apartment, Ben Thant Market and etc... We like this Hotel location and the services provided and will definately come back again.

Good locations and the staff is very helpful. They follow up with the customer requirement and ensure stratification from time to time.

Relatively new apart hotel, good location, the breakfast is not very rich or various, but with good quality of the products. Free laundry and dryer onsite in the common area, also a free espresso coffee in the breakfast room all day long. Very good restaurant named Vo next door.

It’s located in the old market area, yet close to everything with plenty of great food nearby. The staff were very friendly, and the room and bedding were clean and comfortable. There's a conveniently prepared laundry room, plus a swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Don’t miss “The Best Bun Bo Hue” right in front of the hotel—it’s incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious! I’d love to stay here again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Certainly an affordable and luxurious option! The staff are all very friendly and helpful from check in to housekeeping. Centrally located to big tourist sights and loads of convenience stores and food options. A minute away from the mall. Room is very big and well cleaned. Housekeeping available every day and a do not disturb electronic option available for rooms. Toiletries and products available of good quality. My only complaints are regards the pool which closes early at 6pm and the deck is quite small so there are no shade umbrellas and it is quite difficult to have a “pool day” in the intense sun. The studio room without window is a very good option considering the noise from the street though the lighting in the room itself could be improved. There are many lights but still very dark inside. That being said, I’d certainly stay here again and would like to thank the staff for the kindness and efficiency during my stay.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in District 1, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to commute to other areas. It's tucked away on a small market street, which is perfect for those who want to try authentic local food—delicious noodles and Bánh Mì are right at your doorstep! The hotel itself has a sleek, modern design and, according to the friendly and helpful staff, has only been open for about two years. The ground floor features a stylish lounge area with a café-like vibe, complete with plenty of power outlets. Just behind that, there's a convenient self-service laundry area with washing machines available for guests. On the first floor, you'll find a shared kitchen and dining space, along with a pool table and darts—great for some casual entertainment. This is also where breakfast is served, though the selection is quite limited to toast, instant ramen, and boiled eggs. Compared to my previous hotel, which offered a full buffet with fresh eggs and pho, it was a bit underwhelming. The room itself was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view, including the iconic Café Apartments building in the distance. However, I noticed there were only a few power outlets and none with USB ports, which many other hotels provide. Another minor letdown was the mini-fridge—it wasn’t actually cold, which I only discovered after my ice cream melted overnight! When I asked the staff, they mentioned that the fridge wasn’t really functional, which was disappointing. The rooftop features a small pool and jacuzzi—a great spot to cool off and relax, even though it was smaller than I expected. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my stay was excellent overall. The modern design, friendly staff, and unbeatable location made it a great experience, and I would definitely book this hotel again!

Nice rooms, nice location and near to a lot of food choices etc. Just to note: Hotel breakfast spread is limited.
