设施：quite good, with a marvelous swimming pool outside at the 3rd floor; 卫生：pretty clean and neat 环境：bright and have a good view 服务：high standards since some of the stuff can speak Chinese

Location, location, location. All main attractions are a 10 minute walk away. Friendly reception stuff. Spacious room Marvelous breakfast Free minibar for the first day Will be back again for sure.

Very good and clean hotel. I had a room on the back side of the building, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very good and a large selection for all nationalities

Vwery good lyxury hotel wuth good facilities, helpful abd professional employees, also wanna name Ms. NHI front desk manager as well among others too, all are nice

Perfect location. Really can’t be any better on the location and the staff and cleanliness and updated classic decor was all great. Only two small tips for travelers. Ask for a non-connecting room. Reason being the sound proofing between connecting room doors is very poor. While we loved our stay, we also heard everything our neighbors said and did (and same for them I’m sure). That is not ideal. Other small feedback is the breakfast buffet. The food is good and it’s a great buffet but the room is on the small side and the hotel is usually busy, so it’s not the most relaxing breakfast situation. Back to all the good things. Perfect launch pad for walking Saigon and local restaurants. The pool and gym are pretty nice as well. Staff were uniformly wonderful. Recommended. Opera view rooms do have a better view at any level. If on non opera house side, you probably need to be above level 16 to enjoy a view.

I could say most affordable 5 star hotel with that facility ! Room is spacious and clean . Lovely decor. I enjoyed bath tub while watching TV . Coffee and water were not enough provided but they gave you free soft drinks like coke / even beer even I don’t take these maybe some ppl love it ! I tot normaly bottle of water cames complementary at 5 star hotel in Asia so I didn’t bring water bottle and expect proper coffee maker at least Nespresso but they don’t . But convince store is just behind of hotel and Ho chimin has many good coffee place for morning so should be not big issue 🙂 room is v pretty !

This hotel has a history of a hundred years, so you can tell the sense of age from the room equipment. If you like history, you can consider it, but if you like modernity, it is not suitable. What is worthy of praise is that the hotel is in an excellent location. It is located in the downtown area of Ho Chi Minh. You can see the beautiful scenery of the Saigon River. It is beautiful in the morning and evening. It is very convenient to go anywhere. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were well-trained and helped me deal with room problems quickly. I highly praise the service staff.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the famous D. Bui Vien Pedestrian Street and Pham Ngu Lao Street, where there are many authentic restaurants and a carnival-like bar street. There are also casinos and major attractions nearby the hotel, making it ideal for both action and leisure. The hotel is decorated in a stylish style and feels warm and comfortable. There is a Jacuzzi, swimming pool and bar on the rooftop. The room was quiet. Only the bedside lacks electrical sockets and needs improvement. The receptionist is cold but efficient and can communicate in English.

We quite enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The reception team are very efficient and friendly. They were very supportive and understanding when we had to extend our stay, yet rooms were already fully booked. Breakfast was excellent and the changing menu meant that we had something new every day, which made our 8 day stay quite comfortable. Response to requests was very quick and all staff we interacted with were super friendly, calm, respectful and kind. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

The check in and check out were both fast. The breakfast was good and the staff were accomodating. I hope that they can improve the quality of their wifi and also for the cleanliness. I saw an insect on the bedsheet and luckily I was able to eliminate it because it's too small and can enter my ears. Please double check these small things next time.
