Excellent hotel! Probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The guest service is fantastic and the food is delicious.There were drinks and snacks in the lounge and fireworks during our stay! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who never been to the Inatori!

Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private "onsen" in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast. The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night. The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip.

Absolutely amazing view from the in-room open air bathtub. They are the closest hotel to the ocean which means unblocked views of the horizon. A short 5mins walk to quite a well stocked supermarket, dollar store (daiso) & McDonald’s for those who are looking for some fast food. Shuttle bus is provided but timings are fairly limited. But a 17min walk to the station isn’t that bad considering it’s a very quaint town. 2 On site public onsen also available for free. Lvl 5’s onsen is better than lvl 3 I think. Staff were also very welcoming and nice.

We went there before “Girl’s Day” and very surprised to see all the beautiful decoration in the hotel. The staff are very helpful. Helped us in answering different tourist questions and arranged shuttle bus for us. Even gave us a very detailed room tour. Very much appreciate this.

If you want to stay in this hotel, the view is very beautiful. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The countertop is also facing the sea. You can walk to the supermarket within 5 minutes. There are also many restaurants nearby, but many restaurants require cash payment and do not accept credit cards.

The hotel is very close to Izu Inatori Station, with free pick-up service. Although the room decoration is a bit old, it is well maintained. Room 301 is large, with a great sea view, and the private hot spring on the balcony is great. The room is in good sanitation. The hotel waiters have a strong sense of service. The supplies in each room are sufficient. The hotel's dinner and breakfast kaiseki cuisine are rich and delicious. The private and public hot springs are very comfortable. I will come again if I have the chance.

I stayed here on my birthday, and when I called in advance to ask if there was something I could do as a surprise, they suggested having a cake prepared in the room while I was eating. In addition, I received sparkling wine with the cake, and a gift from the landlady during dinner, which was a wonderful service. The open-air bath in the guest room was very nice. On the other hand, the large public bath was a little disappointing, with some places the water temperature being too low and some places too hot.

Highly recommend to all guests! The hotel staff was very good and they even gave us a surprise when they learned that we were travelling for our anniversary! The room is clean and comfortable, with an open-air bath and a stunning view of the endless sea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are rich and the fish is fresh and delicious. It is recommended to go to the public hot springs, which are divided into open-air and outdoor. I planned to go to the hot spring the next morning, but I was not informed in advance that it was cleaning, which was a pity. Other aspects of the hotel performed well and were very satisfactory. As the hotel is a little far from the station, it is recommended to make an appointment for hotel pick-up in advance.

The hotel is located on the seaside of Izu Inatori. There is a pick-up service after arriving at Inatori Station. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the hotel. The front desk has very good Chinese service for check-in. The dinner is rich and awesome.
