"A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio."

"Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself. I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me"

"This place was definitely value for money! It was in a great location, not far from the airport and the variety of different places to eat was great. We didn't really see any staff but all all amenities were clean, the floor in our room was a bit sticky and it was a bit noisy from upstairs but apart from that we couldn't really fault it."

"The airport arrived at the hotel very late, did not inform the front desk, the front desk had rested. I played a lot of calls and pressed the doorbell a lot of time. A super kind uncle helped me check in. He said that the check in the next night should be informed in advance, people are super nice. The hotel has free indoor parking, plus points!"

"The hotel is located inside the QUT KG campus, with restaurants BAR and woolies at the door. Parking is too expensive at 45 dollars a night. It is recommended to park on the street after 7 pm, it is free. The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable."

"Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area. With Gratitude 🙏"

"Located 5mins walk to the train station. Walking distance to many food outlets and places of interest. There are many clubs down the streets as well. Not much of the service at the desk but that’s not what you need, it’s a good accommodation. Come with kitchenette and washer/dryer. Great for families. Bathroom body soap was diluted with water. But there’s a same bottle at the sink hence we didn’t make a fuss."
