Very good location. Right opposite to the Railway Station.Room is clean and big.

Convenient location, middle of the city. Reception lady took lot of time to scan the documents, etc. was not that smooth. Not a modernized hotel.

The underground garage of the hotel stinks. The bedside of the room is also covered in dust. There is no rest chair in the laundry room. The washing machine and dryer are also full of dust. Kitchen L's kitchen has become a shadow in my heart. Before checking in, the front room manager vowed again and again, but was disappointed. Breakfast on the first day, the variety was scarce, no different from the Han Ting, barely enough to eat, the heart was unhappy. Even more disgusting, the head chef and chef actually ate in the guest area, wolfing down the tiger, ignoring the rules, making people sick. I have no appetite and my heart is as heavy as lead. Breakfast the next day, worse. Clearly told Chef L not to eat spicy food, but was ignored. Adding chili peppers in my breakfast, regardless of food safety, has damaged my health. Other guests were also affected, with delicious breakfasts turned into “showcase dishes” with large amounts of leftovers. In order to get a mouthful of safe food, I would like to ask the eldest lady to rinse the noodles. The eldest sister was busy, but I waited until the time of meal closing, breakfast time was wasted. The head chef is hovering in the front office, obstructing the eldest sister from shaving noodles, lying that there is no pot, which is extremely absurd. The eldest sisters couldn't stand it, accused the head chef of going too far, and strongly demanded that he take away the water. Finally, I had to rinse the chili and be able to eat breakfast, but there was not much left of breakfast. Looking back on this trip to Hengshui, although the beautiful scenery accompanied it, the kitchen chaos became the biggest defeat.
