房間大，很乾凈，床墊很軟。服務很周到，剛到大堂辦理入住，坐電梯到房間時門窗都已打開。酒店裝修很高檔，特別是大廳，房間裝修有點年代了。早餐好吃，特別是現做越南小卷粉，很有特色，在餐廳可看到越南。酒店地理位置很好，就在口岸河邊，早上下着小雨順着河岸綠道散步，有早起溜鳥的老者，鳥兒爭相唱歌。不錯的體驗！

客房內傢俱是越南紅木的，還有雕刻，帶着個小陽台，可以看對面的越南，和中越之間的紅河，洗漱用品和床上用品，黑不溜秋的，感覺臟臟的。
