One of the most cost effective options in Heihe. Excellent location near the river and main shopping street. Clean enough for the price I paid. Very satisfied.

Good service, arrive before 7:30 a.m., there are rooms available, staff will let you stay, not far from Tak bus/flight station.

The location is good, but I didn't like the hotel itself at all. Dirt, although they clean it, very cold room, we slept in clothes and under 2-3 blankets. Inside, right on the floors, it smells of cigarettes, it is stated that there are Russian channels, but there are none. The air conditioner doesn't work. We wanted to turn it on for warm air, but it didn’t turn on at all. It blows terribly from all the windows. 100% won't be back. The only plus is the very nice and friendly girl at the reception. That's all.

The unstable water pressure on the fifth floor is particularly scary. The downstairs is very noisy. There is a 100 deposit

就是比較接近母親廣場，美食街，但是隔音差到離譜，隔壁房間，樓上樓下上廁所洗澡沖水聲都能聽的一清二楚，，半夜還有人上下樓，腳步聲嘴大……

這是我在黑河遇過最划算的賓館！！價格超便宜離中央徒步區超近，三分鐘的距離！！只是偏向綠色旅行，所以最好帶盥洗用具會方便很多，附件有很多超市和美妝店其實現場買也不是問題！！窗外的風景還可以，晚上很漂亮是面向大街這裡！

剛找到酒店一看外表有點破舊，有些失望。但進到店一連串的驚喜感動。房間雖小，但特別乾淨，床單散發著陽光曝曬的氣味！婆媳兩人熱情淳樸，想辦法聯繫漁民，買到了純野生小雜魚🐠，婆婆還幫着加工，死活不要加工費。味道好鮮美呀！嘉蔭太涼爽了。

設施：陳舊。但空調是新的。沒有電梯，腿腳不方便的不好爬樓。樓的就是有一個參加。老闆服務熱情 衞生：別看舊，衞生條件是OK。

衞生太差，差點忘記評論了，真的什麼人都不適合去，這個浴巾一打開就成這個樣，都不敢用，好幾攤污漬，真的不敢用
