Очень понравилась гостиница. Чисто. Вежливые девушки на ресепшене, улыбчивые и доброжелательные. Любую проблему помогают решить. Вызвали такси, распечатали электронные билеты на теплоход. При выезде угостили вкусным зеленым чаем. Прекраные, разнообразные завтраки, на мой вкус, одни из лучших в Хэйхэ. От отдыха остались прекрасные впечатления. Спасибо большое!

The newly renovated hotel has all very new facilities, providing a great stay. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and helpful. The location is also very convenient for transportation. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a good location, a large parking lot, spacious rooms, and decent service. However, many details were unsatisfactory. First, it took at least five minutes for hot water to come on. The front desk explained that the building was designed so that hot water flowed from the top floor to the bottom, hence the wait for lower floors. Second, while water pipes are supposed to be embedded in the walls, how could anyone hear the water running inside? In this hotel room, it was audible. Especially at night, when everyone was using water, there was a gurgling sound from the walls that lasted until midnight. Third, while washing hands at the sink, a drainpipe suddenly burst, spilling water everywhere. Fourth, renovations were underway on floors one through three, starting before 7 AM, severely disrupting rest. Fifth, the breakfast was simply inedible… I strongly suggest the hotel improve these aspects; otherwise, the guest experience is truly unpleasant.
