The hotel reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay during our trip to Hefei, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The hotel is far away, but because my friend was training here, I booked with her. The cleanliness was OK. The room was the last one at the top of the corridor. The corridor was long but dark. Others are very good. I stayed for three days. I wanted to use the laundry bag and found that there were blood stains on it. The newly opened hotel can't say this. This laundry bag should be reused. There was no service staff development replacement for three days. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. I stayed for three nights without asking me if I wanted to change the sheets and quilts. The next day, even the toilet was not cleaned. I didn't have any apology and remedies when I proposed that the laundry bag had blood stains.

The facilities are obviously old and lack maintenance. There are obvious water stains and mildew on the ceiling of the room. The breakfast is OK, but there is no freshly ground coffee. The location is a bit remote and lacks supporting facilities. Considering the price, it is acceptable. In addition, the housekeeping aunt is very responsible and helped clean the room before checking out that day, which is worthy of praise.
