Checked in at 11pm, asked the hotel housekeeping department for two harder pillows, told them they had them, but they would be delivered tomorrow morning. I'm checking out tomorrow morning, what pillows do I need? Can I answer the phone but not get pillows? What kind of service? Bad review, will not come again. Finally used the sofa armrest as pillow for the night.

優點：酒店位置較好，離學校、醫院、飲食店都近，打車方便，衞生整潔乾淨，前台及清潔人員較熱情耐心態度好；缺點：窗外有工地白天都施工，午休受影響，房間之間也隔音較差。特別是早餐廳有個穿制服貌似主管的女店員服務態度惡劣，喜歡對顧客大叫大嚷，一再質疑，有不尊重顧客的行為，致使體驗感很差。

Such a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.

I stayed here on a business trip with my foreign colleagues. The front desk upgraded the room type. , thank you! The breakfast was rich and tasted great! I took the time to run in the gym for an hour in the morning. The facilities were pretty good.

The hotel 🏨may have been there for too long. There is a musty smell when you enter. The facilities are also very old. The hair dryer seems to be broken and glued again (it does not affect the use). The toothbrush is also very average. The overall feeling is average. The refrigerator in the room is empty. Only the breakfast is OK. It is about 80 per person! The chairs on the balcony don’t even have cushions. It will be really cold in autumn and winter. There is dirt all over the glass. The greenery is very good. Overall, I don’t think it should be a five-star hotel! I have stayed in Orange Crystal before and it feels very good!
