The hotel is very good, clean, new, as advertised, the air conditioning is very cool. I like it very much. I will go back to use the service again. The staff are very polite and lovely.

The room is clean, the bed is very soft, I like the bed. The room size is just right for 2 people. The furniture and bathroom fixtures in the room are of good quality. I feel comfortable and relaxed after resting. There are a lot of blankets and pillows (I like it). It is very clean. The room is very bright. There are not enough light switches. There is no hair dryer. I have to go down to the counter to borrow one.

The room is okay and the overall price/performance ratio is good. But there are no slippers in the room, and there are many restaurants nearby. If I come back again in the future, the toilet can still be clean. There is no convenience store downstairs, but the hotel sells water and snacks.

The staff charges me late checkout. Please make sure that you checkout on time. We only checkout late 30mins and they charge us for 100 bht. We check in at 10pm and they do not consider at all for us to checkout late only for 30mins! so bad. This is my first time experiencing late checkout penalty. i have check in many other hotels in hatyai but they consider us for late checkout for the first 1-2 hours. If you dont want to be charge, please stay another hotel.
