Excellent options with very friendly and attentive staff at the breakfast. At first I was worried that my room directly facing street and train station can be noisy, but the windows really make it quiet to fall asleep. The 6€ charge with the wellness center is worth it!

The location close to the train station is convenient but the surrounding is noisy and unpleasant. Some traveler may feel even a bit unsafe. The rooms are a bit of retro style reminding some travelers to German hotels 30 years ago. The service staff training is ok but motivation is a bit low perhaps this is the consequence of understaffing which is a common issue in German hotels at moment. The breakfast was diverse and well managed.

Hotel right next to the train station - unfortunately the room is also right next to Hochstrasse. Windows quite well insulated. Wellness area is actually nice. It would have been nice if we had been informed when we checked in and asked about the wellness area that there were no bathrobes in the room, but only at the reception for 4 euros. That would have saved us the trek through the confusing and poorly signposted corridors. The "breakfast traffic light" in front of the breakfast room was also completely unnecessary once you've already set off. We had breakfast on Saturday at 9 a.m. and were greeted by the "traffic light" telling us that it was now full. This note would certainly be more helpful in the room and/or elevator. The constant instructions to “shower before bathing” in the wellness area are also rather annoying without shower gel in the showers. Little things that unfortunately somewhat detract from the actually quite positive overall impression.

Hotel is max. 3 stars, not 4. Old and in need of renovation.

Very good hotel, close to the center and a very good breakfast!

Everything was fine so far. The wellness area was good, the rooms were small but okay. The staff was really nice.

The hotel is a bit old but the facilities and service are great. We'd love to come back.

Very friendly staff, hotel is great, although a bit older. Location great for train travelers, breakfast delicious, sauna/swimming pool used and found to be good. My wife is thinking about booking a stay there with her "women's squad", so that can only be recommended. I would love to book there again!

A really nice hotel - perfectly (for us) located by the main train station and close to the old town. It was possible to park at the hotel (EUR 16 or 18 per day). Remember to book a space - or do they have an agreement with a parking garage nearby (EUR 10.00 per day, we heard). Lovely sauna area with steam bath, 3 saunas, pool and jacuzzi :-). The breakfast fine.

Location is great, staff is very friendly. Shower was quite cold and breakfast was poor for a four star hotel.

The location right next to the train station and the breakfast are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit overwhelmed at 35 degrees and didn't really cool. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression.

The location right next to the train station was ideal for us. Unfortunately we had a room on the street side (expressway B68) which was a bit noisy at night. The beds were okay, but the furnishings are a bit dated (at least in our standard business double room), but the bathroom was a good size with a shower/tub combo. Wash lotion and hair dryer, as well as slippers and bathrobes were available to us free of charge. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot of choice (scrambled eggs with bacon and Kaiserschmarrn, Mett and cream cheese in all sorts, etc.), the service staff at breakfast was super friendly and courteous. We also used the wellness area in the integrated body motion center (external service provider in the hotel) one evening. There was a small but very clean pool, the sauna area was also adequate and clean, unfortunately the whirlpool was a bit cold and not all the jets worked. All in all it was very nice there.
