The location is very good, close to the 7-Eleven and restaurant. The receptionist is great, but the security (some people) service is not good. The room is very clean, but some places are not clean. There are spider webs under the luggage rack in the room.

1. The water pressure from the shower is very low therefore it takes more time to complete the bathing and I felt totally not satisfied with the complaint also they said there was no problem at all. 2. Very bad sound proof, especially in the mid night you can hear clearly the noises 3. The entrance with high staircase is not convenient for older

The location and cleanliness of the hotel are good except the unfriendly staff. The hotel also did not have iron. Please bring along your iron if you plan to stay in this hotel.

The whole of the place in the hotel is very spotless, staffs are nice and gave me for recommendation as well, the room have good smell, there're amenities not much inside a room but it's suitable like 3 stars hotel. There're a convenient store(7-11) nearby and also a shabu on the ground floor (for the guests from the hotel will get discounts, but not sure how many %) I like in front of the hotel. It's very beautiful and suitable for people who like taking pictures. They also have a coffee cafe in front, nice place!! 💕 หน้าโรงแรมสวยดีค่ะเหมาะกับคนชอบถ่ายรูป มีค่าเฟ่นั่งชิลกินกาแฟด้วย ชั้น G เห็นแวบๆ มีชาบูด้วยนะคะ(ฮาลาล) แขกจากโรงแรมมีส่วนลดให้แต่เราไม่แน่ใจมีให้เท่าไหร่ ห้องพักก็พอได้ค่ะไม่ได้ว้าว แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ มีไดร์เป่าผมติดผนังด้วยมองหาง่ายดี แต่ห้องน้ำนี่ว่าเล็กไปหน่อย ของ amenities มีพวกหมวกอาบน้ำ สบู่ แชมพู ผ้าเช็ดตัว น้ำในตู้เย็นเล็ก ประมาณนี้ค่ะแต่ก็สมกับราคา พอได้ บริการดีเยี่ยม โทรหา front ตี 2-3 ก็มีคนรับ( ให้เขามาเช็คดูแขกห้องอื่นมายืนทะเลาะกันกลางโถงทางเดินเสียงดังมากกก ) เอ็นดูพนักงาน🥹💕

Location abit far from Lee garden area but no problem if u have car . Right beside hotel is a 7 eleven so it’s convenient for traveler. Hotel hygiene is acceptable . Parking space is open car park .

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. While the location and staff were decent, I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room. I noticed ants on the desk and even in the bathroom, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. It seemed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and for the price paid, I expected better standards. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the overall hygiene for future guests.

Terrible hygiene , very dark room , ants everywhere . Toilet not clean , and alot of water stain .

A very satisfactory stay experience, the lobby is spacious, the environment is excellent, the front desk service is good, check-in is quick, room facilities are complete, the bed is very comfortable, the room has smart control, and they even helped with a free late check-out, very impressive!

The front desk not friendly, room floor feel slightly slippery probably oily.

This is my second time stay at this hotel. Overall is so good. The room is quite big and clean. For sure i will repeat again!

The room is not sound proof A bit far from town if without your own transport Limited parking lot Near to 7-11 about 3 minutes walk Near the famous BBQ buffet 1 km Food surrounding at fair level

The hotel service is good & location is approximately 15 minutes to Central Hatyai 👍

The hotel is serviced by only 1 lift & it is from lobby at level 1 till level 7. Level G stops at ground level & doors connecting are all locked. Very inconvenient for  Guests who carry heavy luggage or donot have strong limbs. Porter isn’t available.  For the amount of money we pd for the rooms, guests should at least be provided with tea coffee sachets, toiletries.  Location is far from the center of town so, need to spend 20mins to travel to main town area. Good pts; ample parking, quiet. 

Very good hotel in the area and I love the view from the top of the building
