Perfect location for those who are not keen on staying in a tent/camp but want to be at the foot of the dunes. Pick-up from the bus station was free. Breakfast was filling. Views are unmatched.

The room is generally clean and hygienic. The hotel is close to the desert. It is normal to have a little sand in the room.
The hotel provides adv and camel desert activities, which can be easily booked at the front desk.
The swimming pool next to the desert is so cool.
Breakfast was nothing fancy, regular Moroccan breakfast.

It was better than expected. There are many hotels around the desert, and this swimming pool is perfect for taking pictures. The car can drive directly to the door of the hotel. There is no need to take a camel to stay in a tent in the desert. The scenery here is good enough.

It can only be said to be average. There are quite a few cockroaches in the room.

A small, comfortable desert hotel with good rooms, excellent food, a swimming pool with views, friendly people. I wanted to see the sea of dunes in the desert. It's beautiful!. And this hotel, so integrated into the landscape, so little artificial, but with the comforts of a good hotel!. Delicious food, swimming in the pool with the dunes right next to it!. Having tea "feeling" the silence of the desert. A friendly, nice staff, comfortable rooms!. Excursions to discover the surroundings!. What peace, what relaxation, what adventure! Oohhh I'll be back

Perfect location to enjoy the amazing desert views! The view from the pool is truly breathtaking. We spent early morning to night outside by the pool or in the 2nd floor balcony by our room just admiring the view. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they made our stay so great. There is only one set dinner option every night and it is served either inside or outside and everyone is eating at once. The portions are huge and everything we ate for our whole trip was delicious. For lunch you can order easy food, like sandwiches, fries & fruit. You can walk out into the dunes directly from the hotel and can also book a sunset camel ride right at the front desk. Please remember that you are in nature in the desert so there are going to be bugs and sand is going to be blowing and get everywhere, that is just part of the experience! I definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights just to spend it at the hotel, if you are going out and doing tours I would stay longer. This is truly a once in a lifetime place to stay, you will not regret it!
Response from Property: Thank you very much for your review! We are glad to see that his experience with us has been so good. We hope to see you again soon!

I was there with a group and we all thought it was a great place. The view on the sand dunes was to die for, the swimming pool was gorgeous, the rooms were large, comfortable and beautiful, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, the food was very tasty. Thank you Hassan and all others, you and the hotel are a precious memory of our tour!

Wonderful hotel, friendly and very attentive staff. We hired guides from the hotel and they were very kind to us. Hotel surrounded by a unique atmosphere in front of the dunes. Although I do not usually write opinions, this time I am forced to do so we leave with a lot of desire to return again. Thanks for this experience Kanz Erremal!!

I LOVE this hotel. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are cool. The shower is great. The pool is lovely. The sand dunes are right there, just outside the door, and they are so incredible. We did have a few negatives - the front desk did not help with coordinating a camel ride and was not helpful in figuring out how/where to meet the guide, but thankfully he tracked us down and it all worked out. One couple in our group had to wait because their room had not been cleaned. The food was not the best I’ve had in Morocco, but it was okay. But the location makes up for everything and the room was just so comfortable, it’s hard to care about those other details. Definitely stay here!
Response from Property: Thank you very much for your evaluation Chris! We are glad that you liked our hotel and we will improve the aspects mentioned to offer a memorable service. We hope to see you again!

Loved this hotel. It wasn't super fancy but it had so much character. The pool was super clean, and the back of the pool deck just faces out to the sand dunes. The rooms have tons of character and were a great size for the price. The pictures just from the hotel are so stunning. They offered us the chance to sleep outside under the stars on mats, and we took it. It was an amazing once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we really appreciate the staff making the effort. The staff also lit a bonfire and played traditional music under the stars after dinner was over. They do serve liquor as well. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had here. Such a great hotel and I would suggest it to anyone visiting that area of Morocco.

I don't know why this is 'low' on the list here! It's an absolutely beautiful place. I lived in Morocco for six months, and this place was so beautiful, I went twice, once for a full week. I'm a single middle aged woman and it was not just beautiful, but safe. I took long walks across the dunes in the mornings and evenings by myself, and it was splendid. I don't know Arabic or French, and managed just fine. You do have to be comfortable with being 'in the now,' because much of the beauty is the quiet contemplative sort--looking at the gorgeous stars at night, walking along the dunes, sipping mint tea or beer at the poolside while listening to the camels in their camp. The pool is right on the desert, and I cannot imagine a more beautiful scene while you're in the pool. A Spanish woman on the lounge next to me kept saying, "Paradise! It's paradise!" You have the option to have a delicious three course supper here too, for a very reasonable price. (Around $55/night inclusive of both breakfast and dinner.) The week I was there, I just stayed at the hotel and relaxed and meditated. Very very restorative. Excellent service. My room was lovely--I would recommend getting the 'best' room there--it's on the corners of the hotel facing the desert, on the second floor. The windows face the desert and the scene in the room is amazing.I cannot describe the beauty of waking up to the Sahara on all sides of your room. You can get all sorts of extras. I had a 'sand bath', rode camels in the morning, and went to a desert camp for a night. Everything is quite inexpensive. Do NOT go with a travel agent. They inflate the prices. Book directly with the hotel and give the money to Moroccans. How to get there: I went by bus from Meknes, but it was a long overnight ride. I'd recommend flying from Casablanca and then hiring a commuter taxi to drive you the remaining two hours. THese are also very inexpensive. You don't need a car here.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel near Merzouga for our "Sahara night" while visiting Morocco. The whole staff was very helpful, and provided a delicious dinner upon arrival, plus camel ride at sunrise the next day then complete breakfast afterwards. We were very happy with how things turned out since we had no reservations at all and drove from Fez without knowing what was going to happen later that night.
