Facilities: The elevators on the 3rd floor of the main hotel building are super photogenic. Cleanliness: The hotel room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is right next to a scenic spot and very close to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff are very patient. The only minor drawback was during check-in, there was a person with shoulder-length short hair next to the front desk who was speaking very loudly and rudely, making it hard for me to hear the front desk staff. I hope this can be improved.

My first trip to Harbin really let me experience the warmth of the Northeastern people. This hotel is nestled in the Zhonghua Baroque historical district, and its Republic of China era style is truly charming. They even offered afternoon tea on my first day. I stayed here for seven days and was completely satisfied. The breakfast bento box was also very creative.

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! Highly recommend it. The hotel's overall architecture is unique, and it even has a small garden that's perfect for photos. There's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station is just a five-minute walk away. Many Harbin bus routes go directly to the hotel, which is super convenient. Baroque Street is right next to the hotel, and there's a laundry room available. The street behind the hotel is also lively; I even found the popular **bing (pie/flatbread) there, which was cheap and delicious. The service was excellent too!

Arrived at 8 AM after getting off the train and had breakfast. The front desk staff diligently checked if there were any rooms ready for us, and to our surprise, there was an available room! We had originally booked two rooms, but they couldn't be together. In the end, we canceled one, and the remaining room was upgraded to a family room – such warm and helpful Northeasterners! The family room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, which was large and clean, with excellent hot water. The location is also very convenient, close to everything.

When arriving, the real name of the hotel is Loffel Hotel. The location is very strategic. For Muslims, it is easy to find halal food and close to the Doawai Mosque. In front of the hotel there is a Harbin Mosque metro station. For towels, the staff does not change every day, but you have to request from the workers so they will give you the new one. Likewise, the mineral water in the room, you have to request it too. In conclusion, I am satisfied with my stay here.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was absolutely adorable and the kids loved it. It was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we slept like a log. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. The lounge area in the lobby has comfortable seating, good ventilation, and lighting, so waiting for check-in doesn't feel oppressive. The public areas are meticulously maintained; the floors are spotless, and there's no dust accumulation in corners like the front desk and hallways. You can clearly feel the thoroughness of the daily cleaning, which gives a reassuring first impression. **II. The check-out process was equally convenient; I simply returned the room card, and the front desk quickly verified my consumption information to complete the formalities. The bed, desk, and shelves were neatly arranged, making efficient use of space. The bed was a highlight of my stay; the mattress had just the right firmness, providing excellent support for my body and relieving fatigue. The bedding was white and flat, without pilling or fading, and the pillows were at a suitable height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep without any discomfort. The room's amenities met daily needs. The air conditioner ran smoothly, heating/cooling quickly with minimal noise that didn't disturb my rest. The soundproofing of the windows was good; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside at night, ensuring a quiet sleeping environment. The Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the internet speed was fluid, allowing me to watch videos and handle simple work without buffering. The desk came with a chair, suitable for temporary work or document handling. There were plenty of shelves and hangers, making it easy to store luggage and clothes. The bathroom area featured a wet and dry separation design, with fast hot water and stable water pressure, making showers very comfortable. The towels and bath towels were neatly folded and soft, and the toiletries were of acceptable quality, meeting basic usage requirements. **IV. Supporting Services: Basic, Practical, and Thoughtful** The hotel's supporting services, though not luxurious, were practical and thoughtful. There were water dispensers in the public areas, and some areas even had self-service laundry rooms and dryers, which are very friendly to long-distance travelers or those staying for a bit longer. Room cleaning service was also very good; the room was cleaned daily, and trash was replaced. If I had additional requests, such as asking for drinking water or replenishing toiletries, contacting the front desk resulted in quick delivery and a fast response time. Although it lacks the lavish amenities of high-end hotels, all necessary facilities were present and functional. For an economy hotel, it delivered on ”sufficient and good quality.” **V. Overall Assessment and Small Suggestions** Overall, my one-day stay was very satisfying. The hotel's core strengths are prominent: convenient location, satisfactory hygiene, standardized service, and comfortable living. As an economy hotel, it perfectly balanced value for money and quality. It's a reliable choice whether for a temporary stopover or a short stay. If there are areas for improvement, first, some rooms could benefit from more storage space, such as adding small storage baskets or hooks to easily place small items. Second, adding some thoughtful small items in the room, like cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, or phone stands, would show even greater attention to detail. However, these minor imperfections did not affect the core stay experience, and overall, it was still a highly recommendable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the Songhua River, which is a big plus. The room was quite clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. They even gave us Haagen-Dazs ice cream vouchers! Overall, the service was decent. However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved, and the area around the hotel is a bit chaotic with all the flower, bird, and fish markets.
