Harbin Songbei District Hotels

Every time I go to Harbin Grand Theatre for a show, I stay here overnight. It's incredibly convenient – you just exit the subway and enter the hotel, so you don't have to worry about rain. This time, I brought my parents to see 'Journey to the West: The Monkey King and the White Bone Demon' and we stayed for two nights, making a short trip out of it. My parents were very satisfied too.

This hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

It was pretty good, no complaints about the cleanliness or service. They offered afternoon tea and breakfast, and even gave a souvenir when I checked out. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, but as a solo traveler, I needed to wash clothes. The laundry room could use some improvement; perhaps get some washer-dryers and renovate the second floor. Also, having staff specifically for cleaning the washing machines would be great. After I used it, I found long hairs on my clothes, clearly the machine wasn't cleaned properly, so I had to throw my clothes away. 😂

Exceeded expectations, highly recommended! Next time I come to Harbin, I'll definitely stay for more nights. Before arriving in Harbin, when booking a hotel, besides location and facilities, my main concern was whether there was a pool for kids. After much deliberation among several star-rated hotels, I finally chose Shangri-La Songbei. It turned out to be the absolute best decision of our Harbin-Yichun trip. The most surprising thing? It has to be the hotel's window view! We gasped the moment we entered the room – it was simply stunning! How could there be such a large window, such a beautiful view of the Songhua River, and such a perfect hotel? This scene made us never want to leave the room; just quietly sitting by the window and enjoying the scenery was enough. Next, let's talk about the hotel's service, which was also top-notch! We had an early flight back to Beijing on our departure day. We had booked a room with breakfast, but since we had to leave by 6 AM, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it. So, when checking in, I asked the front desk if there was a solution. The hotel offered a incredibly thoughtful plan: they prepared simple packed meals for us to take away. When we checked out, I saw three bags for the three of us, and each bag contained three packed containers with fruits, pastries, eggs, sausages, and more – it was so comprehensive! Who wouldn't love such a considerate hotel? Finally, one more thing: there aren't many dining options near the hotel. There's only one dumpling restaurant across the road. We navigated there, walked around for a long time, and just as we were about to give up, we discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby called 'Dufu Smoked & Sauced Dumpling Longjiang Cuisine.' I highly recommend this restaurant too! The dishes are diverse, delicious, and affordably priced. It's truly a treasure! I'm already planning to replicate this experience with Shangri-La Songbei and Dufu Restaurant on my next trip to Harbin – I'm so excited to plan my next Harbin itinerary just for them! 😘

The hotel is very close to where I needed to go for my business trip. It's really convenient for getting around; going to the Ice and Snow World and Sun Island is super easy. The subway station is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance. The service was excellent; the front desk staff upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future.

Clean and tidy, no need for AC as it's super warm. Excellent location with a subway station right downstairs. All amenities are conveniently located nearby. The owner is really nice, embodying the warmth and hospitality of Northerners – always ready to answer any questions. The owner's mom is especially wonderful! Kind and enthusiastic! This room offers breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset, perfect for photos.

This hotel offered a great stay. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a comfortable sleep. All the facilities were well-equipped and user-friendly. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, very kind and friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. Overall, it's excellent value for money and extremely comfortable. I'd definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

這次旅行最驚喜的就是這家民宿！裝修温馨有格調，採光很好，全屋打掃得特別乾淨，衞生間沒有異味，床品柔軟親膚。房東提前發了入住指引，還熱心推薦本地美食，待人熱情又不會過度打擾，像住在朋友家一樣放鬆，性價比吊打同價位酒店，已經收藏，再來本地一定覆住。
