This hotel is right next to the beautiful Songhua River, so the location is fantastic. Subway Lines 2 and 3 are directly downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

It's been a long time since I've been back to Harbin. This time, I came back to my hometown to drop off my child for school. It felt both familiar and new. I searched for a hotel for a long time, and I'm genuinely impressed with this one. The front desk lady was exceptionally meticulous and provided excellent service. The room was also very clean and hygienic. When I was leaving, it was raining outside, and she proactively helped me carry my luggage to the car. It was incredibly thoughtful.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The overall environment was quiet. It's a lifesaver if you have an early flight; the driver is punctual for pickups and drop-offs, so you don't have to worry about transportation. The value for money is excellent. It's my top choice for an overnight layover, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly. Highly recommend to anyone catching a flight!

The room was excellent, and parking was available. It felt like a high-end hotel. I booked a windowless room, but the front desk upgraded me to one with a large window. They even offered afternoon desserts. The value for money was exceptional, and the style was unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It's about a 10-minute walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, or just a short taxi ride for the minimum fare. Getting anywhere was super convenient, and it was very quiet. The hotel is relatively new, I heard it just opened not long ago. The front desk service was very warm and friendly, true to the Northeastern personality. They recommended so many delicious places, but unfortunately, my time was limited. Harbin truly is a carb lover's paradise! The pumpkin pancakes recommended by the front desk at Daoli Market were really good, though the queue was quite long. Highly recommend them ((*^∀^))👍. The hotel's location is great and it's clean. I'll definitely come back again in winter.

This hotel is super close to Central Street, Red Brick Street Morning Market, and St. Sophia Cathedral – all within walking distance. The front desk service was excellent! I went to the morning market around 6 AM and asked the front desk and housekeeping staff if they could dry my clothes while they were in the washing machine. When I got back from shopping, my clothes were ready, so I didn't have to wait around at the hotel. Last night, I checked in at 11 PM, and an auntie even brought some fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. There are also other free drinks available in the hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they even had a Dyson hairdryer. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a few minutes' walk to Central Street! We probably arrived too late. There was no bellboy, and dragging our luggage up the steep slope at the entrance was really tough. The suitcase was heavy, the slope was steep, and I even scraped my hand. 😓 This definitely needs improvement. I mentioned this to the staff when we entered, and they didn't even react. 😓😓😓
