Room was not cleaned well. Hair and food crumbs left by previous guests all over the floor. Booked a Non-Smoking room but the rokm had an ashtray and the toilet reeked of cigarettes. Hotel lobby reeked of cigarettes too. Only plus point was the location.

Hotel is clean and location is excellent. Very near to Harbin station metro and railway station.

Very clean and tidy room, nearby with airport bus,very convenient for traveller who need to go to airport early in the morning.

The rooms are basic but clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay. While there aren’t many frills or luxuries, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was readily available. If you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay, this is a solid choice.

Non smoking room but still smell of smoking. The hotel show luggage storage but cannot leave it overnight. Even I try many time to asking for help. Finally I have to move to stay at another hostel which allows us to put luggage there.

The hotel is good location. It's near the railway station and near restaurant. It's easy to travel in Harbin. But the room that I booking is old and not clean.

Warm and friendly place in a cold winter night. Clean. Really close to the railway station. Airport bus stop around the corner. I had a comfortable night sleep here between late arrival and early departure, will choose it again.

The room was cold and the temperature could not be controlled. They allowed smoking in the room, so the air in the room was not good for non-smokers.

Location was great, lots of good food around and super near main MRT station. Room was clean as well.

Stayed for three nights. After first night, came back shocked to see rooms uncleaned. When we asked reception, they informed us we had to tell them beforehand, which we did the next day. However, they still did not clean or take care our rooms after our second night. Finally, we demanded something be done and instead of sending someone qualified, they sent an elderly security guard that did not know how to clean the room or fold the sheets. Additionally the toilet light broke in one of the rooms.

During our 4 days stay they never cleaned our room, refilled toilet paper or changed towels. Even when hanging the card to request cleaning service, it was ignored. I had to go to the reception to request cleaning service. Only then did they clean, but it was bare minimum. Poor service. Not what we expected of a hotel..
