First of all they gave us hotel 2hours in dely , second The room was not clean as they showed and it is some old rooms , third is multiple times my card didn’t open the door and i had to go in first floor to reset the card with slow elevators, fourth the wifi didn’t work, fifth and the most worst thing is that last night they knocked my door and asked us to don’t use the bathroom and they took our privacy that is totally unacceptable and unbelievable for me that a four star hotel is like this. And at least they didn’t wait for us to check out then repair it and they took our privacy. I would not recommend this place if you want to have comfortable and relaxed travel.

The location is superb albeit a bit outside the tourist district. Surrounded by malls and restaurants and the metro is very close. The views from the rooms are beautiful. Classic well maintained rooms, good water pressure and room cleaning. The mattresses have seen better times and might need replacement. Superb value for money. Don't expect any conversation in English with any of the staff but that's pretty standard in China. Great stay, highly recommend. Will stay again when I return to Harbin.

Hotel rooms are good.comphy bad.smoking allowed. Staff everywhere in hotel can speak English,only Chinese.they are rude and arrogant. I asked the receptionist to write down name and address of clothing market in Chinese - I ended up at veggies market.spend 30 min to travel +$20.

We came to Harbin for the Ice & Snow Festival and as the hotel is located very close to a metro station it made it easy to travel around Harbin. Although a little out of the center, there’s lots of malls and restaurants close to the hotel which means this is not an issue. I think the photos of the hotel need to be updated on the website. The decor now seems very old, run down and dated. The biggest issue was the smell of smoke in the rooms. In -20 degrees temperature, I felt the need to open the windows to escape the smell and was scared to lay my clothes on the furniture. The rooms are also not soundproof - whilst we were there, the clientele were extremely noisy which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. If you’re a budget traveller, this hotel will serve as a good base to get your head down each night. If you can afford to spend more, I would advise to.

Great hotel, close to the metro, and opposite the street there were tons of food to select from. Overall, it was great. At the first day, they cleaned our room a lil late, so we went and complain. The hotel react promptly, and the next day it was fine.

Nice hotel , big rooms , poor reception service , they try to rip me off about the taxi fair . Breakfast not value for the money .

Nice Stay

Old furniture.

The front desk service attitude was very good, and they upgraded the room type for free. The room was also very clean and spacious, with sufficient heating, a small refrigerator, and other facilities.

The hotel is well-equipped with complete and comfortable facilities, including central air conditioning and a humidifier for dryness. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk and room service staff are patient and meticulous. It is convenient for travel, whether it is seeking medical treatment or sightseeing.

The room is very nice, clean, good environment, convenient transportation It is very close to the subway station, convenient for travel It is also close to the mall, convenient for shopping It is very cost-effective, I will come here again in the future

Everything else was ok, but there were two things that I felt bad about. The first was breakfast on the first day. The hotel said it would be available until 9 o'clock, but when I arrived at 8:30, the breakfast was already empty. The only new dishes that were served were freshly steamed buns. Even porridge and soy milk were not available. I choked after eating one, so I left. The second thing was that the takeaway food we ate on the first night was not collected by the guest room on the second day. When I returned to the room at night, the food was full of odor. This was the first time I encountered this in all these years. Did they think I could open it and eat more? The rest of the experience was ok.
