This hotel or should i say more like home stay. They actually haven't ready due to the developer maybe delayed the projects and the rooms are newly renovated. The staff at front desk very helpful but actually they don't have enough manpower to service. Some service is very lousy without proper plan. Maybe one fine day they manage it good then i might come back for another try. Cause the rooms is kinda comfort and nice view outside.

The family room was great for our family of three adults and an 8 year old. Everything is clean. There is no microwave or plates etc, but there are cheap local restaurants downstairs. The hotel is a little hard to find. I suggest you ask the taxi to take you to Shimao Subway station (exit 3) and the office is right next door. The hotel uses a high rise building which is still not finished. We asked for an extended check out because my son was sick and they willingly obliged...very helpful front desk, but English language skills are limited. You will need to use your phone's Translator APP. All communication was using WeChat. No door key, you get a code. Very close to Ice and Snow World on Subway. The lifts are painfully slow in the morning.

New hotel. Great location. Everything is built quite new, but low quality. We checked out early as it was not up to standards for us. View is decent too. Toilet was broken upon arrival. A lot of vanity is loose and incorrectly installed (pull sign on a push door) etc.

The room Was nice and new , modern

The duplex house has a comfortable bed and stable hot water. The sound insulation is not very good. When someone passes by, the transparent strip on the second floor will light up! It affects sleep at night, I personally don’t like it! The network is also unstable. Overall, the experience is average.

The room is comfortable, the service is thoughtful, and the key is the location is amazing. There is a subway right outside the door, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. It is very convenient and a very good stay and travel experience.

The room was very comfortable and had a great atmosphere. It was very close to the Ice and Snow World, only one subway stop away, which was very suitable for us who couldn't get a taxi at night. The boss was also very nice.

My child caught a cold at the Ice and Snow World, so we decided to stay at this hotel on short notice. We stayed there for 2 days and didn't go anywhere. We were very satisfied with the hotel. 1. Convenient location, supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, the food tasted good. 2. Very new, probably not opened for long, automatic curtains and lights. 3. The front desk was very enthusiastic, knowing that the child was sick, recommended the hospital, poured hot water for the child, very warm. 4. The view was great, the floor-to-ceiling windows allowed you to directly see the Songhua River and enjoy the sunset.

The front desk staff provided great service and shared nearby food and transportation routes. We went to the Ice and Snow World and the Siberian Tiger Park. The trip to Harbin was perfect! Come back in the summer!

First of all, the attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Then we booked a river view room. The view outside the window is very beautiful. There is a subway station downstairs, which is very convenient for transportation. There are also many shops downstairs where you can choose to eat. Overall, it was a very good reservation! I like the design of the hotel. As soon as I entered the door, there was a cordial reception from the lobby staff. The front desk staff took great care of me and patiently and professionally explained the surrounding attractions and food. The room was spacious, well-lit, clean and tidy. It was refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. There was a subway right outside the door and I could see the river view.

The room is nice and the view is great. You can see the frozen Songhua River and a small part of the Ice and Snow World. The location is convenient, just downstairs is the subway station. The restaurants recommended by the front desk are also very popular!

The room was new and had a very strong smell. There was still a construction site in the corridor and it did not meet the occupancy conditions at all. After staying there for one night, my throat started to feel uncomfortable and I started to cough. My nose also smelled of glue and decoration.

First of all, the places to like are as follows: (1) It was already after seven o'clock when we arrived, and it was already dark. There was a woman and a man helping to check in. They were very polite, sincere and enthusiastic. (2) The view outside the room window is beautiful. (3) Since it has just opened, it has a new electric kettle, washing machine, electronic water heater and curtains. The floor heating is in place. If it is too hot, you can open the windows and the air is very circulated. (4) There is Shimao subway station downstairs from the Apartment, as well as Xijiade, a simple supermarket, a convenience store, and several fast food restaurants, which is very convenient. (5) All toothbrushes, slippers and water glasses are provided. (6) The area around Songbei District is very clean and comfortable. The following is purely my personal opinion, don’t be offended if you don’t like it: (1) Two towel hanging hooks and shirt hooks can be added in the bathroom so that towels and clothes can be easily accessed after bathing without placing them on the toilet seat. (2) After removing the water level from the wash basin, there is a smell of old drainage coming out. It is recommended to use bleach to remove the smell. I have to mention that the following is purely personal experience and I have rarely traveled to Northeast China and there are some cultural differences, so it is only a personal sharing: (1) When I checked in, the young man took me into the building where I was staying and taught me how to use the room code. I have to admit that I was a little stunned. Because the underground lobby of the building is still made of concrete walls, it is pitch dark and there is no watch. The lights will turn on by themselves when someone passes by, but it is very dark. The cage in the elevator is still attached, and bursts of decoration smell naturally come out. After exiting the floor corridor, the lights will turn on by themselves, which I personally think is a bit dark. Since I visited and stayed here alone, to be honest, I was a little worried about my own safety and possible emergencies and support. I saw many decoration workers coming in and out and smoking in the lobby during the day, which also made me feel a little uneasy. However, as I said, cultural differences and my own experience of catastrophic disasters may make me more sensitive to safety awareness, and they cannot change the external environment at all. In addition, it was not the peak season when I lived. The housing vacation is relatively flat, and I think it’s worth appreciating that you can eliminate your own uneasiness and the external environment.
