Checked in in the morning for a standard double room but the door had a hole that you could see through into the room and the TV did not work. There was no windows in the room and Wifi was very weak so I ended up upgrading my room to a superior double with a balcony facing the road which was much nicer with the bathtub and the TV worked perfectly

The waiter is good in English and has a special laundry service, but unfortunately it is charged. The environment is not bad, there is the latest subway in Hanoi within 100 meters, it is convenient and fast to get in and out, I like it very much.

The location is great if you need to go to Bus Station in early morning or night. The elevator is a huge plus, but it will disturb you at night. Bed sheets were dirty and dotted (probably, burns). There is a mold in a room, so the administration tried to deodorize it as much as they could, so it was impossible to stay inside and I asked about another room, which was decent, but bed sheets also had some ugly strains. Some rooms have no windows.

Very Good
PPetrI stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my wife. The staff was polite and friendly, the bed and room were clean, it was clear that the renovation was recent, and the location was just excellent, overall I liked everything. But still, there are a couple of points that require their voice, so that future guests have a complete picture. These are not disadvantages, just features that should be taken into account: 1) Photos and reality have differences, so I am attaching a couple of my photos. 2) The shower does not have endless warm water, and there is also no curtain and the drain goes towards the toilet, because of this, when you wash the entire floor in the bathroom is wet. 3) The door was photographed from the inside, as you can see there are no mechanical devices for locking (like a chain), only electronic locking and no peephole, in general it is fine for me, but for girls traveling alone or in small groups this usually matters, although in general Vietnam is a safe country :) 4) In our room there were 2 windows and 1 door to the balcony, in both windows there was a blank wall opposite, my wife found this somewhat uncomfortable, but the balcony was normal. We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel, and did not regret choosing it.

GGuest UserMy room is on the 5th floor, the sunset view is quite beautiful. The room is full of necessary items. The location is right near the main road, quite easy to find. However, the room cleaning work is not very careful. When I checked in, I had a check in, there was a refrigerator, in the refrigerator there was a whole bowl of vegetables left by the previous guest. The cabinet and the head of the bed were quite dusty, the blanket was also a bit dusty and when I came back, I was allergic. On the first night and the morning of the second day, my room kept losing water, so it was quite inconvenient, hope the hotel will check the water system carefully. Another point is that the door of the room was broken and the lock, I checked in, lazy to move things, so I didn't ask for a room change. However, this makes me a bit dissatisfied, because the hotel did not inform me in advance, until I couldn't lock it, I went down to ask and told me that someone would come to fix it tomorrow.
