Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Properties in Hanoi

The hotel environment is good, but I got scammed by Trip.com. I paid hundreds more than on other platforms, and they gave me the worst-located room in the hotel. I'll be careful choosing Trip.com in the future. Honestly, the hotel facilities are complete, and the food is high-end. I tried both restaurants, and the taste was good. Breakfast was perfect.

The location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room is simple and clean, with a sensible layout and great natural light. The service is attentive and meticulous, and the value for money is evident. The environment is quiet and pleasant, and I would choose to stay here again next time.
