Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Hotels in Hanoi

We stayed in this room for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. Everybody was incredibly helpful and always had service with a smile. The breakfast selection was huge and all very high quality food and drinks. Room service was fast and very polite. The rooms are beautiful and clean. There is a lot provided in the rooms and everything feels very well thought of. The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions or concerns you might have. If I could give them an 11 out of 10 rating I would without hesitation

The staff and concierge were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the excellent amenities, including the nice food. The food options were outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious choices. It was a perfect getaway for us, and we highly recommend it for a romantic and seamless stay in Hanoi!
