- On t arrival there was nobody at reception, so we had to wait for a while to get the keys. The bed covers were a bit dirty and not fresh. There was only one towel in the room, though we booked a twin beds room.
+ Good breakfast. The location is by the old quarter like 10-15 minutes walk. There is a Bivd bank and ATM nearby

The soundproofing of the room was poor, and there was no hot water for showering at night. The only option was to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which is 400-500 meters away, and the hotel has a parking lot. Overall, I feel bad and would not recommend staying here.

Vriendelijke medewerkers en behulpzaam aan de receptie,Goed ontbijtbuffet Europees en Azië buffet. Hotel is iets buiten old town maar wel goede plaats ongeveer 400 meter lopen en je bent in het levendige old town

They change name to Embassy hotel Hanoi, we spent 2 nights in the way to ha Giang, it’s very nice place good located and staff very friendly and helpful. They may do something more with the breakfast, around 09:00 almost all fruit is gone! Thanks again for everything

This is not a 3 star hotel. Location is very busy, with massive street noise. Scooters on the footpaths at all hours. Hotel breakfast was below standard. Options were very limited. Better to eat out. Hotel is not clean, floors are not mopped, mould on the ceilings. Sheets were not changed during stay; Towels are so thin you can see through them. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly, showers do not drain, shower screen is filthy. Lamps are not plugged in, and some PowerPoints do not work. If I had not been travelling with a group, I would have left this hotel and booked elsewhere. The hotel is run down and has not been maintained. The photos on the website are nit current and do not reflect the actual hotel.

The hotel staffs (Lam &Thai) were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The location was near to old quarter. We could have Hanoi street foods only in walking distance around 6-20 minutes. For breakfast was also tasty especially fried rice. We stayed here for 4 nights

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.We went as part of a group with TripADeal. The bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was covered in black mould and the shower glass was so dirty. The bed sheet had markings and the spare pillow had blood on it. The breakfast was very underwhelming. The server dropped the watermelon she was cutting but instead of throwing it out,she continued to cut it. In one of the bedrooms in the fridge was rotten food that had obviously had been there a while. Interesting to note,I got very sick with pneumonia after we left this hotel and I think this is because of the mould and condition of this hotel Beware!!!!

A basic hotel, very basic breakfast but location OK. Flip switch ON in room to get hot water! Lives up to a 3 star rating - old and worn hotel. I recommend Pine & Dine Sky Bar, 150metres away for a great roof top bar experience, great, affordable and tasty cocktails, happy hour 5 - 7pm, tasty food too. Exit hotel left, then left again, cross road and it’s on left, 14th floor of Bendicer Hotel & Spa. 360 degree views of the city.

This Hotel is by far the worst I have encountered. It was ill maintained, dirty and unclean in the most basic parts. Making things worse the local tour organisation blamed me for accepting it in the tour itinerary. My wife and I spent less than 10 minutes in this hotel, it presented awful, the tour representative was unprofessional and his so called boss was rude. This was a TripaDeal tour locally operated by Asia Vacations Group? Being introduced to our room, we were just blown away and angry by the abysmal accommodation offered. The bed was roughly made and dirty with human soiling and very poor presentation in all areas of the room. The ensuite was even worse, eg tiling on the floor and walls being broken and falling apart. The worst was the toilet seat which displayed recent dirty yellow urine droplets on the seat. This was the last straw and we refused to accept this accommodation. A change of room was offered but we did not accept due to the extremely poor hotel and its offerings.
