If you are looking for a modern and decent room. I do highly recommend this hotel. The staffs were all at their best to assist you. Nice and hospitable., from the moment we check un up to the time we checked out. Early check in is permitted for free plus we were upgraded to a wider room. Thanks. The rooms are new and clean. Going to tourists spots were a ride away with taxi, grab, bus and train.

Clean, and convenient, hotel entrance is a short walk into an alley from the main street. Just staying for 1 night before my flight, so no complaints

The room is nice, with a bathtub, and the hotel is in a small alley. The transportation is convenient, but there are few places to eat nearby.

Everything was the worst ever. First of all, the soles of the slippers I brought with me turned black with dust in an instant. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned at all. I wanted to take a long soak in the bathtub, so I chose this hotel, which is a little far from the city, but there was no hot water, so I couldn't do that. Also, when I opened the kettle to boil water, a cockroach came out. Cockroaches were coming out all over the room. I don't know why I chose this hotel. Also, there were only two bath towels, and when I asked for face towels, hand towels, and bath mat the next morning, they were placed there, but there were no face towels, as if they had never been there before. The next day, I went to the front desk again to get just a bath towel, but they went to deal with a later guest and left me there. It was more like a warehouse than a hotel, with mountains of cardboard boxes piled up. The facilities I had confirmed when booking (laundry and safe) were not there, and I was even angry. I don't recommend it.

The room is nice, I might stay there again next time! It's a little far from the attractions, but the front desk can speak multiple languages, although not very proficient, but we can communicate normally
