Location of the hotel was convenient. Started of to a bad start with a few issues with the room, air conditioning and insects but staff were very friendly and helpful. Received an apology, an upgrade and transfer to the airport. Appreciated the service.

Their service is excellent, from airport pick-up to check-in and other services that common tourists need. It is a small hotel but it has everything I need, including a clean room, a comfortable bed and a shower that works. Their lobby is tastefully decorated and just about every corner is good for photos.

We only stayed for one night, as we made a stop before heading over to Da Nang! We had a lovely time, the staff were very kind and helpful. Even recommend us places for coffees and other things. We arrived very early and they helped us to do earlier check in. The hotel is very nice, room is very comfortable and super clean.  We also tried the Spa and it was wonderful! Definitely have to try this place out!

Love this boutique hotel! Perfect location for shopping and walking the streets! The hotel is comfy, clean and the staff great. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you get the larger room if staying for business. I like to have space when travelling.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff and great services. Comfortable bed and pillow too. If you want a quiet room then please request for the room that is not facing the main street. We had such an amazing stay 👍🏼

The service is excellent. The staff helped me sorted some issues with a driver, provided warm hospitality and a lot of local support. Ms Phan Ngan deserves to be highlighted and complimented for her sincere attention to details and considerations for her guests. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Hanoi, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! One of the highlights was the outstanding service provided by a staff member named Jen. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, making our visit to Hanoi even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and make sure to look for Jen when you get there—she will make your stay truly special!

This hotel is very convenient, it’s located near to the Beer Street, and 5-10 minutes walk to the night market. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I felt like home when I stayed here. The room is very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend people staying here, you will never regret choosing this hotel as your accommodation in Hanoi!

Our stay was fabulous. La Siesta Hotel has great location just in the heart of Old Quarter. Staff is very professional and they create very pleasant atmosphere, making sure that you feel important and treated well. We love the La Spa massage, and breakfast buffet. Highly recommended and worth the price!
