The air conditioner was not working well. I called the front desk to check it, and they said it was fine, but it took a long time to cool down. It was not cool enough. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and there was a previous guest's poop left there without being flushed.

Our stay was good. It is located well within the old quarter, so many shops and restaurants around. The staff were helpful. The rooms are quite big, and the beds and linens comfortable. The room was rather clean. We got massages from the spa which, while not bad, could have been administered a bit more professionally. The hotel does not seem to have masseuses on staff, but calls them in from the outside.

too pricy too overprice locations not easy acessible... staffs are not friendly
