Very nice and good looking hotel. Cool place to chill for the hot weather during this time of the year too. Tourist spots within walking distances. Helpful reception. Only thing was that the wait to check in was a big long as they were cleaning up the room. Maybe the previous group checked out late. But all in all maybe I will comeback to the same place for a short stay again.

Hanoi Brilliant Hotel & Spa offers a great stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location near the Old Quarter. The spa is relaxing, and breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Reached Hanoi at 5am LT via a sleeper train and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours stay before we move to our main hotel opposite. Great for a few hour sleep and wash up. Hotel was decent tho the room was a little dusty. Breakfast was provided as well which was decent.

My stay at this hotel was mostly positive. The hotel was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily.  The location was perfect, offering easy access to local markets, restaurants, and tourist spots.  The staff were also incredibly accommodating and helpful. However, there was one significant drawback. I booked a double bed, but received two single beds pushed together.  One of the beds was quite uncomfortable; it felt like I was sinking into it.  This significantly impacted my sleep quality.  Despite this issue, the other aspects of the hotel made it a decent stay.

They were very nice. We got the room with no window and I wouldn’t recommend that room if you stay here. It smells. Great location.

Near Sapa Express , and back door Moana location site walk distance. Food was great and price is great!

Awesome location, amazing staff, superb breakfast for vegans and vegetarians also. Bargain price booking through trip.com. Coming to the room, the Royal Terrace Room 700 was fantastic. It was huge with a big bed, sofa, balcony. The only complain I have is the bathroom. it's not having separation between bathing and toilet area, and they are very close. They should consider a remodeling of the bathroom. Trip.com should update the pictures of the reception as it's completely different now and looks so much better.

The hospitality and breakfast of hotel are very good. Room is tidy and clean. If the fridge is cooler, it would be perfect.

Just a few mins walk from everywhere (souvenir stores, convenience stores and food shops). The staffs were really friendly and welcoming. Overall, a good experience 🌟

Fantastic Hotel the breakfast simply delicious & cooked fresh as you order. Staff friendly & efficient. We enjoyed our stay & will return in a couple of months. Right in the heart of the old quarter. Good restaurant across the road
