clean-4, location for me it is far from old quater and center area so always calling grab :). If u want to calm and silence in hanoi, that is it. service not good but not bad, suggesting to improve the breakfast. Amenties old but fair

Excellent location right on the lake! Big areas and relaxing spot for swimming pool and enjoy the sunset. My only dislike was to take my heavy luggage all the way upstairs, no elevator.... Rather than that! We excellent quality for the price.

The location was good, central to many places in Tay Ho. The hotel staff was friendly and the services provided was great. They have a pool area overlooking the West lake which is stunning. My room had a balcony with a stunning lake view, spacious and clean. They also have an on site restaurant with some delicious food and drinks. They also have a mini golf course and other amenities. I had such a nice experience at this hotel and would definitely visit again.

I was already having a difficult time in Vietnam due to an experience with a dog. No fault of this hotel. I gave my trip a second chance and booked this hotel as a Final chance. I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room at all. I had to connect to the next room’s Wi-Fi and sit next to the wall as this is the only way it would connect.  I had to leave all my luggage downstairs as the lift was broken and I was put on the second floor. I was staying for a few days, but I felt like the lack of care and the cold hospitality and lack of Wi-Fi was not worth my time. No one offered to help bring my luggage upstairs. It was sorry it’s not working. Reception should’ve told you figure it out taking two suitcases up the stairs.  Underneath the stairs was a huge body of water and no water to prevent me from falling.  I had a shower in my room and booked my ticket out of Vietnam that day.  Besides this hotel, I thought Vietnamese people were very hospitable and kind.  I know I won’t get a refund.

Hotel is very old but room they give us was nice with lake view . Breakfast better skip due is not buffet and nothing to eat its just PHO and egg

The hotel is quite old but the cleanliness is okay. There is no elevator. The atmosphere is shady. Not suitable for families with small children. Not very safe for children.

I like the hotel's unique Vietnamese style. It is not old, but more like a sign of time. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cheap price or You have to use the Hoan Kiem Old Town Grab There is a lake bigger than Hoan Kiem Lake, so the morning view is good There is a water golf course next door, so it seems like it would be nice to enjoy

The room is very clean. No musty smell Open and airy Equipment in the room includes a kettle, refrigerator, TV, weight machine. Have a thick and heavy bathrobe. Even though it's old, it's clean. There are shoes to wear in the room. There is a bathtub, hot and cold water that flows strong, and an air blower for drying your hair. There is a large mirror. and a magnifying mirror for applying makeup. There is shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, comb, shower cap, and cotton swabs. Hotel atmosphere There is a large area, lots of seating, and gardening in the lobby. But the furniture is old. Because it is open air, there is a lot of dust. The building is not high but there is no elevator either 😅 There is a golf driving range which drives down to the lake. Then someone will row a boat to collect it 😂

The room I was initially assigned to was not very sanitary, so I requested a room change, and they did it right away. Basically, this is not recommended for those who care about hygiene. However, compared to the price, the breakfast provided and the friendliness of the staff were not bad. It seemed like a hotel frequented by many golf enthusiasts.
