The best location in Hanoi Old Town. Circle K convenience store across the street from the main gate, massages, restaurants, shopping, cafes... and you can enjoy a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning and evening. The staff are very friendly overall. A simple breakfast is provided, and laundry service is also available for 40K per 1kg. The facilities are a bit old overall, but the rooms are kept clean. Considering the price, it is a pretty good choice for a hotel.

Stayed here twice, when we went there and when we came back. We were greeted by a very handsome boy and two girls, they were all very welcoming, that's why I chose to stay here twice. There are a lot of delicious food downstairs, I hope we can meet again next time.

The only bright spot of the hotel may be the location. Apart from that, it may be because I stayed in a special room. As other people mentioned in the comments, the innermost room on the fifth floor is not recommended. It is relatively poor in the same price and grade.

The location is great! The lake and the old town are about 3-5 minutes away, there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and there is a Miyake supermarket, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel. All the staff are very kind. There is a smoking area in front of the hotel entrance. I stayed with a friend for two nights. Disadvantages I chose this hotel because it was listed as [Newly built in 2023] on Trip.com, the photos were beautiful, and it had an elevator. However, will it be renovated in 2023? I wonder... The wallpaper looks hand-painted. The building and facilities look old no matter how you look at it. The room has a handmade ventilation fan and it is cold. It's common in Vietnam, but in old facilities, the toilet pipes smell a little... And there is no elevator to the room! ! ! ! The staff carried my luggage up to the third floor, but it was difficult to take the carry-on down when I checked out. I was able to take a Grab taxi from the airport, but it seems that the name was changed when it was renovated, so if I copy the address on Trip.com, I will arrive at a different location. It's close, though. On Google, there is a [Walking Something Hotel? 】 to get the address. There is a new hotel called 【MARO Hotel】 next to it, so it's probably best to use that address to find the hotel. I thought it was a new hotel when I got out of the taxi, so I went to that hotel first, and it was clean and the staff were very new. And when I tried to call for Grab when I was leaving, it wasn't in a location where I could call for it, so I had to push my carrier right and walk about 300 meters to the left and come out onto a road full of big motorbikes, so it was quite a struggle on the way back... It was a good location for sightseeing, though.

The location is good. For a stopover for a couple of days. The bed is comfortable, no windows, clean. Noisy fan. Not very convenient shower right in front of the sink.

The receptionist is enthusiastic and responsible. I will continue to stay here for my next visit to Hanoi.

The location is very good. It is in the most central place. It is very convenient to go out and play. The air conditioning fan in the room on the fifth floor makes too much noise at night. It is very noisy. There is no light switch on the bedside of the hotel...

The room didn't even have a basic vent. When I opened the door, I saw the centipede crawling away quickly. The worst hotel I've stayed in in decades.
