Service is excellent. Location is good, easy access to old quarters. The only thing is that the lighting in corridors and rooms is quite dim, would be perfect if lights are brighter.

This hotel was right in the center close to everything. The staff was very informative with us explaining where everything was and how we can get around the city. The breakfast Buffett was really really good too

La Sinfornia group was just filled with exceptional staff. My booking was originally for La Sinfornia Majesty but I reached the hotel early at 6am, overnight from Sapa, and was so ready to just leave my luggage there, roam around Hanoi Old Quarter to return at 2pm for usual check in. The staff at La Sinfornia Majesty at 6am, merely took a look at our booking, and quietly made arrangements for us to have an early checkin but at La Sinfornia del Ray as Majesty was fully booked and did not have room available for early check in. They even surprise us with many perks. All these were just pure surprises and we did even expect or requested early check in The sweet gesture at La Sinfornia del Ray was a handwritten card in our room to welcome us. The room was prepared not to just the standard hotel room but aircon was on, stepping into a cool room prepared. All these done while I was enjoying my cup of lemon grass tea while searching where to go. It was really a pleasant surprise. Will definitely return to Hanoi just purely for La Sinfornia.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience — highly recommended! The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The surrounding environment is peaceful and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The room was well-maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable — just the right balance of softness and support, which made for a great night’s sleep. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of fresh options. One of the absolute highlights was the spa service. The therapist was highly skilled, and the entire treatment was incredibly relaxing. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable — excellent value for money. If you plan to stay here, I highly recommend booking a spa session in advance! The front desk and reception staff were also exceptional — very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their service really added to the overall positive experience. The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be improved — we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, it didn’t significantly affect our rest or overall stay. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel with great facilities, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit!

This hotel is situated in a central area which is very convinient to look for food and it has a good old style of design

Nice hotel and great service. The hotel location is perfect when traveling in Hanoi and just few steps to main shopping area. The breakfast is tasty and delicious.

Excellent service by the whole team at Sinfonia especially Tracy who went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is great with many nice restaurants like Met, Pho 10, Banh Mi 25 within walking distance and also attractions like the water puppet theater right down the road. The taxi couldn’t get into the hotel over the weekend but a staff from the hotel met us at the point where the taxi could come till and carried our bag to the hotel. The rooftop bar was also nice with a complimentary drink. We enjoyed our stay here in the old quarter.

A gem in Old Quarter Hanoi. The room was spacious enough. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always willing to assist. Hotel location was good enough to travel around and sightseeing ( 1 min walk to the lake)

Was a good stay. Small issue with the egg chef for breakfast, he didn’t scramble the eggs well enough for the omelette or scrambled eggs

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! The guest manager Lam, was awesome. We had some early morning tours and he arranged food for us to take since we wouldn’t be there for Brekfast. I can’t say enough about Lam and all of the staff…excellent service! The rooms were very clean, great location, comfortable beds. I will stay there next time I visit VN.

Absolutely loved it here - the room was gorgeous with some lovely touches. Breakfast a little chaotic - but hey, it was Tet and you guys were busy! Fab stay - would come again :)

Great location, a great mid range hotel that aspires to provide a lux experience. Staff are excellent willing to assist with every and any need. A great stay to explore all the tourist attraction Hanoi has to offer.
