They will patiently explain the different room types to you and help you take your luggage into the room. The room lady is also very enthusiastic and will chat with you. It feels like home. The room layout is also very cost-effective, the breakfast is also delicious, and any problems during the stay can be quickly solved. In short, it is a hotel worth recommending.

The girl at the front desk has a very good service attitude. The room is neat and clean. There are many places to eat, drink and play nearby. It is convenient to travel and very cost-effective. I will still choose it next time.

The first time I came to Hangzhou to play, I heard a friend introduce Vienna. I chose this Vienna according to the distance. After I arrived, the overall feeling was really good. The European style felt very angry. The room was quite big and the bed was very soft. The only thing is that breakfast is not included through the intermediary, but it is very convenient to eat around, and it is always good value for money!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to metro and bus stops. The hotel staff, despite the fact that they do not know English well, tries to help with the help of an interpreter, which is very nice. The young man speaks English well. The rooms are very clean and bright, the room has a kettle, water, tea, various things for shower and hygiene. The bed linen is clean and the room smells nice. For breakfast there is a small selection of dishes in a European way, but there is something to eat. The overall impression is very pleasant, I can recommend it to friends.

The front desk service is very good and in place. The room is OK, quite large and bright. The bed is also very comfortable and very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning is a little slow in cooling, but the cooling is OK and sufficient. The bathroom does not have dry and wet separation, but the hot water speed is very fast and the water volume is also large. It is very comfortable to take a shower. The towels are also very soft, and the shampoo smells very good. Recommended to stay, not as exaggerated as the negative reviews say. The wall is covered with wallpaper. I thought it was moldy after reading the negative reviews before I stayed.

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Excellent service from the staff at the reception area. Was served drinks while waiting to check in at the lobby. Never experience this type of service before. They were very polite and patient too! The hotel room are very well equipped with very good quality toiletries, not to mention the smart toilet bowl. But just wondering why the toilet door is designed with no locks. Overall a very very happy 2 night's stay in this excellent hotel!

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. Rooms are great and to a very high standard. Some staff speak English, so booking taxi etc was painless. Plenty of local restaurant very nearby 20 mins to east station in morning
