I decided to come to Hangzhou on the morning of the National Day. Thinking of hotels close to the city center and subway stations, Vienna Hotel is the first choice❤️. Thank you very much to the handsome guy at the front desk 💁🏻♂️ for upgrading my room ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎. The next day, he was so nice to extend our check-out to three o'clock. I forgot to bring the door card when I returned to the room last night, and he opened the elevator for us with a very good service attitude. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will still choose this hotel. I am satisfied🈵100%૮(˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶)ა

I came to Hangzhou for six days and booked the most cost-effective hotel. The hotel I booked a few days ago was expensive, the room was small and the facilities were not good. I will go to Jinjiang directly for future travel. It is as good as always.

Near Chaowang Road subway station, it costs about 30 yuan to take a taxi from West Lake Yintai. The hotel upgraded the room type for free, the space is quite large, there is no smell of smoke, damp and moldy, which is very good 👍, there are self-service washing machines and places to hang clothes. It is indeed close to the viaduct, but it does not feel noisy at night. The environment is rated four points because there is no environmental landscape outside the window. The breakfast is also good, and there is a swimming pool. You need to go to the front desk to get a swimming ticket, which is valid on the same day. If the room type does not include swimming, you need to pay an additional 30 yuan/person. In summary, it is a five-star praise, good quality and low price, and very cost-effective.

Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. Rooms are great and to a very high standard. Some staff speak English, so booking taxi etc was painless. Plenty of local restaurant very nearby 20 mins to east station in morning

This is my first time to experience WeChat butler service. It is so convenient! Whether it is ordering food or booking a taxi, you can do it with just a few taps, saving time and effort. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, and you can sleep peacefully at night. The hotel's service attitude is very good, and every employee is professional and friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again on business trips in the future. The price-performance ratio is really great!

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

The hotel is near the Hangzhou East Station. Breakfast is good, buffet style. They even provide washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor and there is a gym room next to it. Will recommend to families and friends.
