Nice hotel but twice the price of the Palace across and not any real difference. Room was ridiculously hot, even when set to 16degrees. And I booked it because it had a pool but it doesn’t open until 10am so no good for a morning swim (in an airport hotel…) I had a free spa voucher but that doesn’t open until 11.30. Breakfast is OK but nothing compared to the other Hyatt hotels in China (just spent a week at the one in Dongguan which I highly recommend). There was no selection of food apart from the basics - which is disappointing for a 25usd breakfast and staff, of which there really were plenty, really just stood around as they didn’t really have anything of interest to cook. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

If it’s one of the best hotels in the area, I’m scared for the area itself. First of all, I called the hotel once I’ve landed, asking them to pick me up. The dialog was painful, as hotel stuff speaks little English and this guy put translator into my ear, however since I couldn’t provide them with my phone number or wechat (I was using esim, no number), we couldn’t agree on pick up and it was easier for me to call a local taxi and just get there by myself. The fastest way to get here from an airport is to use a highway, that comes with a tall, that I had to pay. Not sure whether I was scammed, but it happened.
So the hotel had nice interior but they allow to smoke inside, so it smells like cigarettes everywhere, including the breakfast area, lobby, your room and the shower of your room too (I asked for non-smoking room). The room itself is clean, but busted, I had a cracked mirror and the furniture overall saw better days. As per breakfast, it’s various indeed, but all the labels come in Chinese and it’s hard to guess what you’re eating + they don’t have neither tea, nor coffee. I asked a lady for coffee at the breakfast and she brought me an instant one from somewhere, which is very nice of her, but not what I wanted. The last part is that I was the only white girl in the hotel that morning and Chinese men were staring and trying to approach me, which was really uncomfortable for me, which I didn’t expect to happen in Raddison, and partly my main choice for this hotel specifically. I would look for another place next time, not worth it.

The air conditioning is sufficient, the hot water is sufficient, it is close to the airport, and it is very quiet when the windows are closed. Free airport transportation is very considerate. I am very satisfied with this place when I am on a business trip.

This hotel is one stop away from the airport, but it's surprisingly quiet! Don't be confused by the ”Holiday inn” stickers on the windows, you are at the right place. I arrived at eleven in the morning and I got a room right away, despite being way to early. I really like that level of service.
It's brand new, clean and quiet. The room was amazing, just like the photos with tons of windows and good curtains that make it dark at night. Breakfast was a nice, a typical Chinese breakfast. The area around the hotel is still being built up, the metro station emerges in a field, and there's not much around, food wise. For me none of this mattered, as I mainly booked it to be on time for an early morning flight the next day.
If you're flying out of Hangzhou airport, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou, and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked in terms of value for money and overall quality. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the seamless check-in process, the modern and clean design of the lobby, and the warm, welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities a traveler could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring Hangzhou. I checked into this hotel the night before I had to catch an early flight the next day. The hotel offers free airport and Yongsheng Road subway station shuttle services. I called the front desk at Yongsheng Road subway station Exit E and the shuttle came to pick me up 10 minutes later. The shuttle service for the next day was every hour and it departed on time, and I arrived at the terminal in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is positioned as an economy hotel with complete facilities, good hygiene and service. Although it is close to the road, the surrounding area is still quite clean at night.

I have been staying for more than a month and there is no discount, but they are still fussing about it. I feel that the layout of the hotel is really small. I asked the front desk before and they said that it only costs 100 yuan a day to stay for a month. Logically, you are not losing money. There is not much difference between a twin room and a king room. I really don't understand why you are so fussy. Shouldn't you have a little bit of pattern when doing business? As a fresh graduate, can there be discounts for renting a room? It doesn't leave a good impression on me. I don't want to stay for a long time.

GGuest UserSpecial thanks to the housekeeper Chen Yingjing for her suggestions on upgrading the room on the first day of stay. After looking at several rooms, the layout of the Ou Bo Lake View Room suits my taste the most. If you have the opportunity, it is worth everyone to stay and experience this hotel. 20 years have passed, and the design details are still amazing. The person is gone, but the work lives on.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

First of all, the location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop outside and the subway station is only a hundred meters away! Secondly, every staff member of the hotel is extremely professional and treats customers warmly and friendly! The hotel's hardware facilities are first-class and intelligent, and the fitness equipment is brand new to meet the needs of exercise! Finally, please look at the pictures. The breakfast is rich in variety, and Chinese and Western food can satisfy your various taste buds! It is worth praising that the pictures on the Internet are exactly the same as the actual ones, without false propaganda! Recommended to everyone!

Just by lifting your eyes, you are greeted with the picturesque beauty of West Lake, with its stunning scenery of shimmering water and lush mountains. In the morning, as you open the window, the fresh air, infused with the lake’s vibrant essence, rushes in, bringing a sense of tranquility and delight. The room is well-equipped with complete facilities. Special thanks to our butler, Xue Chen, for proactively assisting us in handling our lost items. We are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come again.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

IIntrepid Traveller8Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

GGuest UserThe advantage is that the location is very, very good, in the scenic area. But there will be a lot of traffic jams during peak hours because it passes through the scenic area.
The disadvantage is that there is no sound insulation. The wood on the floor makes a creaking sound when walking. I can hear people walking at night, turning on and off lights next door, opening suitcases upstairs, and talking from somewhere. I didn't bring earplugs because I saw other people's comments that the hotel provides earplugs, but I didn't bring them when I actually went there.
In addition, as shown in Figure 1, the toilet and bedroom are next to each other, and there is no sealed door, so there is a smell.
The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but ashtrays are provided, and there is a smell of smoke in the elevator and the room. Especially in the room, the smoke will flow in through the pipes.
