The hotel is very close to Hangzhou Paradise. You can see Hangzhou Paradise in the room. Stayed for two nights. I met some problems on the first night. I gave feedback to the hotel staff and solved it immediately. The sound insulation effect is not very good. The hotel has breakfast at its own expense. There are too few varieties, and there is no insulation. It was cold when I ate, and I booked it earlier, but the price was reduced when I checked in.

The lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. With my 21-month-old baby, she sent a child bathtub even though there was no bathtub in the room. It was really thoughtful. There are many fish in the hotel lobby, and my baby likes to see them very much. The ocean park included in the package is very fun. A car was given when I checked in, and a small gift was given when I left the hotel. I will come back to play next time when my baby is older. Thank you very much for your care during my stay.

I took my parents to Hangzhou for a spontaneous trip and booked this Treasure Hotel by accident. The parents were very satisfied and said it was the residence of a wealthy family. The hotel is located next to Xiang Lake, with few people and beautiful scenery. It was a special surprise. I have been to Hangzhou many times, but this is my first time to visit Xiang Lake. It has a unique flavor. Also, the food in the restaurant is very delicious. Don't drink too much fish head soup. I ordered a lot of bowls. We renewed the reservation for another night. I was very satisfied.

The room is not bad for more than 100 yuan, and most of them are like this, but the service quality is so poor. I have been staying here for two months and the room fee has not been paid for a day. The front desk still calls me just after 11 o'clock every day to remind me. . The service quality is too poor. They said check-out was at 12 o'clock, but they called me before 11:30 every day. After staying for two months, they still didn't pay the room fee.

It was a great experience, even though I only stayed for one night. There were a lot of activities. I made a fan by myself. It was my first time to experience making a handmade fan. I felt very accomplished! I won the first place in the sandbag throwing competition and was given a portion of sweet and sour pork ribs👏. At the bonfire party in the evening, the little friend also experienced roasting marshmallows, which was very delicious😋. Finally, our housekeeper Xiaonan was also very enthusiastic. No matter when I asked her questions, she would answer me in time. She would also remind us before the activities, and the key was to remind us to eat breakfast, which was great for those of us who don't remember time🌟

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
