Hotels in Olympic Expo/Qianjiang Century City, Hangzhou

The executive suite was as spacious as shown in the pictures with great view over the expo centers and landmark building. The rooms were clean and fairly equipped. There was a lot of cabinets to store your belongings. Facilities are good, gym is correctly equipped and very spacious. Bob at the reception was very helpful. One key improvement is the air conditioning, the room was hot and ventilation requires to open the windows to cool down inside the suite, the AC not being functional at that time of the year. The bathroom mirror lights are also very hot which does not help to cool down the room as the saff keeps it swithed on after the cleaning. Breakfast was fair with a big dining room and choices between western and chinese food options. The lounge bar is a bit lame. I did not try the Sky Garden, i will try next time.

The hotel is great, easy to get in and out, and there are many dining facilities around. The room facilities are very exquisite. The only thing is that the air conditioning is not right. It shows that the room temperature is 19 degrees, but it is actually very hot. You need to adjust it to 16 degrees to get air from the air conditioner. It was a bit hot when I fell asleep. The executive lounge on the fifth floor is very suitable for business negotiations and very convenient. The breakfast is in the form of morning tea, which is very good. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is ok, but nothing special. Front desk located at 3rd floor of a commercial building. It seems to be a new district little far from downtown. I would stay again anyway. They don't have smoking rooms as advertised

The front desk was very kind and sent us sanitary products. She also made warm red date tea for my friend. It was very thoughtful. I had a good experience during my stay in the hotel. It was a very warm hotel. The trip was coming to an end, and we got up and prepared to pack our bags to go home. Suddenly, I remembered that I had not bought the cake I promised to bring to my friend. I wanted to order takeout, but the estimated delivery time was too late, and we were too late. I contacted the hotel staff to see if there was any solution. The hotel learned about our needs and arranged for the staff to help buy it. I was really grateful. Hotel location was very convenient, 30mins cab ride to hotel, very near to metro station and also about 20-30mins walk to 大莲花, 杭州奥体中心体育场, able to see a small section of the stadium from room window. Was there for Hua Chenyu concert. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple local type. Room does not have fridge.

Excellent location with quick access to metro stations; convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious with good air-conditioning; access to fitness room and self-service laundry a big plus. Breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, lack of air-conditioning in common areas can be unbearable in summer months.

I booked this hotel specifically for a concert in Hangzhou. It was already very late when I made the reservation. I thought the price was OK because I had read some reviews, some good and some bad. There are fast food restaurants and snack shops in the subway station. Hotel facilities include disposable bath towels upon check-in, which is also good. The shower was powerful and the air conditioning was strong. All in all, the hotel is a great value for the price and facilities it offers. Hangzhou is great, I'll come again next time!
