I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit tricky to find because there isn’t any major sign with the hotel name on it at the entrance and facial recognition is needed to get access to the elevators. But the location was very pleasant, with many restaurants and shops close by as well as the nice scenery around. The service at the reception could be better.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

The hotel has a warm and thoughtful front desk service, a warm environment, clean and tidy rooms, a good location, convenient transportation, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and a rich breakfast. It's really good! !

Come to the concert and walk for 15 minutes. The room is large, the air conditioning is sufficient, and the front desk is very knowledgeable. There are also robots that deliver meals in time. The only drawback is that the smell of cigarettes in the corridor is quite strong. The price-performance ratio is good

She Kept in communication with me about details 1 week before my arrival & very trustworthy. Secondly, I’m so in love with this hotel, it’s very modern, very clean, stylish & the rooms are big enough. It’s my second stay & I would stay here all over again & again. I’m treated like a Princess 👑. Whole staff at this hotel is very professional, polite & very helpful, always covered with smiles. For me, honestly I’m very satisfied with everything. I have no complaints at all. The assistant manager too is so kind, I had some personal troubles and she was quick to find a solution which made me so happy & lightened. The valet/ door attendants are also very helpful. Five stars .

Facilities: I have been on a business trip to Xiaoshan for a project in the past six months and stayed at this hotel. The decoration is quite new, the bathing facilities and accessories are very good, and the room is also very soundproof. Service: Susan at the front desk is serious in service. When checking in, she will explain in detail the hotel's gym, swimming pool and other facilities and breakfast time. The buffet breakfast is also quite rich. Environment: The hotel is close to the subway station, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is very close to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. If you want to watch a concert, you can walk there in 10 minutes. The breakfast is good. The surrounding environment is very good. Qianjiang Century Park is not far away, which is suitable for walking and leisure.

I made an impromptu decision to go to Hangzhou to watch the Badminton Tour Finals. I arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. It was very good. The hotel also upgraded the room. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were also complete. It was also close to the subway. The front desk service was also very friendly.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and manager Guan provides enthusiastic service. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as a gym and laundry room. The customer service Xiao Guan is also very good and the arrangements are in place.

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。
